Claims (20)
- 시프트 액츄에이터(30),(48)가 클러치 칼라 및 기어를 맞물리도록 힘을 발생시키는 변속기에서 시프팅 현상을 제어하는 방법을 클러치 칼라 및 기어의 완전 맞물리지 않은 상태가 발생했을 때를 검출하는 단계와; 완전히 맞물리지 않은 상태가 검출될 때, 클러치 칼라와 기어가 완전 맞물리지 않은 상태에서 벗어나는 것을 방지하기 위해 시프트 액츄에이터(30),(48)를 펄싱하는 단계를 포함하는 시프트 현상 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 클러치 칼라는 축(100)을 따라 축방향으로 미끄러지는 시프트 현상 제어방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 검출단계는 클러치 칼라의 축방향 위치를 점검하는 단계를 포함하는 시프트 현상 제어방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 검출단계는 레일위치센서(43)에 의해 수행되는 시프트 현상 제어방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 레일위치센서(43)는 전위차계를 포함하는 시프팅 현상 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 펄싱단계는 시프트 액츄에이터를 펄스하기 위해 신호를 가하는 시프팅 현상 제어방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 신호는 변조된 펄스폭을 지니는 시프팅 현상 제어방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 신호는 주파수 약 5∼20헬쯔인 시프팅 현상 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 완전 맞물리지 않은 상태는 토오크록상태에 해당하는 시프팅 현상 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 검출단계는 클러치 칼라와 기어의 회전속도 및 상대축방향위치를 감지하는 단계를 포함하고, 만일 시간주기 후, 클러치 칼라 및 기어가 동기화속도로 회전을 지속하여 비맞물림을 표시하는 축방향 위치로 이동하면, 이빨 버트가 존재한다는 것을 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 시프팅 현상 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 검출단계는 클러치 칼라와 기어의 회전속도와 상대축방향 위치를 감지하는 단계와, 시간기간 후, 클러치 칼라와 기어가 동기화속도로 회전을 지속하여 부분적으로 맞물림을 나타내는 축방향위치로 이동하면 토오크록상태가 존재하는 단계를 포함하는 시프팅 현상 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 맞물리기 전에 클러치 칼라와 기어의 회전속도를 동기화하는 단계를 더 포함하는 시프팅 현상 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 변속기(14)는 마찰 마스터 클러치를 포함하는 시프팅 현상 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 변속기(14)는 자동기계 변속기인 시프팅 현상 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 클러치 칼라는 동기화한 시프팅 현상 제어방법.

- 변속기는 다수의 기어(114),(116),(118),(120)이 회전할 수 있게 지지된 축(100)과; 축을 따라 축방향으로 미끄러질 수 있게 되어 기어를 축에 회전할 수 있게 연결하는 다수의 클러치 칼라(122),(124),(126)과; 클러치 칼라중 하나와 기어중 하나를 맞물리게 하기 위해 힘을 발생시키는 시프트 액츄에이터(30),(48)과; 클러치 칼라와 기어의 완전 맞물리지 않은 상태가 일어날 때는 검출하는 수단(50)과; 완전 맞물리지 않은 상태가 검출될 때, 클러치 칼라와 기어가 완전히 맞물리지 않은 상태밖으로 벗어나는 것을 방지하기 위해 작은 힘과 큰 힘 사이에 시프트 액츄에이터를 펄싱하는 수단(50)을 포함하는 변속기.
- 제17항에 있어서, 검출수단은 클러치 칼라의 축방향위치를 점검하는 레인위치 센서를 포함하는 변속기.
- 제17항에 있어서, 변조펄스폭을 지닌 신호는 시프트 액츄에이터에 전달되는 변속기.
