Claims (12)
- 클러치-클러치변속기구를 구비한 제1변속기어장치와, 클러치-1방향클러치변속기구를 구비하고, 제1 및 제2변속기어장치는 서로 직렬로 접속되어 동작하는 제2변속기어장치와, 상기 클러치-1방향클러치변속기구의 회전동기가, 제1 및 제2변속기어장치에서 기어변속을 달성할때 상기 클러치-클러치변속기구의 회전동기보다 빠르게 또는 동시에 발생하도록, 상기 클러치-클러치변속기구 및 상기 클러치-1방향클러치변속기구를 제어하는 제어수단과로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클러치-클러치변속기구는 복수의 기어변속단을 제공하는 복수의 정상클러치로 구성되어, 상기 클러치-1방향클러치변속기구는 적어도 1개의 정상클러치와 1개의 1방향클러치로 구성되며, 기어변속은 첫재 정상클러치와 상기 클러치-1방향클러치변속기구의 1방향클러치간에, 둘째 상기 클러치-클러치변속기구의 정상클러치간에서 달성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클러치-클러치변속기구 및 상기 클러치-1방향클러치변속기구는 서로 유압으로 맞물리고, 그리고 해방되는 복수상의 회전 마찰소자를 구비하고, 상기 제어수단에는 상기 마찰소자에 공급된 유압을 제어하는 전기적으로 동작하는 밸브수단이 구비되고 전기제어신호가 공급되어 상기 마찰소자를 동작시키기위한 대응 유압신호로 변환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음 조건을 만족할때 기어변속은 스킵시프트(skip shift)임을 판정하는 스킵시프트 판별 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치, a) 내연기관의 흡기관의 스로틀밸브의 개도는 소정치 이상일 것, b) 스로틀밸브의 조작속도는 소정치 이상일 것, c) 내연기관의 가속여유도는 소정치 이하일 것.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2변속기어장치의 결합측에 있는 마찰소자를 기어변속 중 상기 스킵시프트 판별수단의 시킵시프트 판별시에 해방동작을 시키려고 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
- 상기 제1변속기어장치는 내연기관과 접속 동작하는 입력축을 구비하며, 상기 제어수단은 입력축의 토크치 및 입력축의 회전부재의 관성토크치에 의거하여 제1변속기어장치의 해방측의 마찰소자에 대한 해방유압을 설정시키려고 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제2변속기어장치는 출력축을 구비하며, 제1변속기어장치의 해방측의 마찰소자에 대한 해방유압을 설정시, 상기 제2변속기어장치의 회전동기의 완료는 기어변속 중, 변속 후 출력축의 회전속도와 제2변속기어장치의 기어비를 곱셈하여 구한 제1변속기어장치의 회전동기시, 제1변속기어장치의 입력축의 겉보기회전속도 및 입력축의 실제회전속도에 의거하여 판별되고, 전기적으로 동작하는 밸브 수단의 제어신호를 학습보정함으로 제2변속기어장치의 회전기둥 후 즉시 제1변속기어장치의 변속에 의해 생성된 입력축의 회전가속도는 입력축의 회전속도의 미리 설정된 목표치에 상응함을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2기어장치의 회전동기완료 후 회전동기유지시간을 계측하는 타이머수단을 구비하고, 상기 제1변속기어장치의 해방측의 마찰소자에 대한 해방유압을 설정시에 상기 타이머수단에서의 회전동기유지시간이 소장시간보다 길면, 상기 제1변속기어장치의 해방측 마찰소자에 대한 유압은 압력 감소방향으로 보정되며, 또한 해방유압설정을 학습 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 자동변속장치의 오일온도를 검지하는 온도센서를 구비하며, 제어수단은 검지오일 온도에 의거하여 전기적으로 동작하는 밸브수단은 개방하기 위한 해방명령시간을 보정하도록 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 밸브수단을 개방하기 위한 해방명령시간 경과 후 설정된 해방유압은 엔진의 회전속도 및 상기 변속기의 오일온도에 의거하여 보정됨을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1방향클러치는 브레이크와 평행되게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 1방향클러치와 평행되게 배치된 브레이크는 1방향클로치로 달성된 제2변속기어 장치의 회전동기완료 후 즉시 동작함을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
