태양전지를 이용한 점멸식 도로위험 표시등

본 고안은 태양전지를 이용한 점멸식도로위험 표시등에 관한것으로 특히 도로의 교통사고다발지역이나 급커브구간 또는 중앙 분리대나 철도건너목 도는 횡단 보도표시판등을 비롯한 각종 도로표시판이 부착되는 기둥위에서 구간에는 태양광선을 수광하여 전력을 얻고, 이 전력을 충전시켰다가 야간 또는 우천시나 농무시에는 다시말해서 운전자의 시계가 불량할때는 주기적으로 점멸함으로써 운전자의 시선을 모아 주의를 환기시켜 주어 교통사고를 미녕에 방지할수 있는 태양전지를 이용한 점멸식 도로위험표시등에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 각종도로표시판이 운전자의 눈에 잘 보일수 있도록 재귀반사성시트와 같은 광반사체나 상용전력에 의해 점멸되는 전구를 사용했었기 때문에 광반사체의 경우 자동차의 전조등으로부터 조사되는 입사광선을 단순히 반사만하는 것이어서 원거리에서는 잘 식별할수 없는 폐단이 있었고, 상용전력용 전구의 경우 전력소모가 클뿐아니라 전구의 교체를 비롯한 유지보수비용이 많이 드는 폐단이 있었다.
또 본 고안자의 선출원 고안인 실용신안출원 제92-12707호에는 태양전지를 전력공급원으로 이용하는 도로안전용 점멸신호장치가 제안된바 있으나, 운전자가 비교적 좁은 각도범위내에서만 쉽게 식별할수 있을뿐 전방향(全方向)에서의 식별기능이 없어 큰 효과를 발휘할수 없었다. 즉, 위험지역임을 주행방향을 달리하는 운전자가 한눈에 모두 식별할수 있도록 해주기에는 미흡한 단점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 종래것들의 제반문제점을 해결한 것인바, 본 고안의 목적은 운전자가 원거리에서도 위험지역임을 알려주는 표시판의 존재를 인식되게 할뿐아니라 더나아가 주행방향을 달리하는 차량의 운전자들이 모두 쉽게 인식할수 있도록 전방향으로 발광하는 태양전지를 이용한 점멸식 도로위험표시등을 제공하는데 있다.
이하 본 고안을 바람직한 예시도면에 의하여 더욱 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도에는 본 고안의 분리사시도가 표현되어 있다. 제1도에서 도면 부호중 1은 태양전지이며, 2는 태양전지 보호케이스이고, 3은 수해나 열해로부터 장치내부의 각도를 보호하기위한 원통형케이스이며, 외주면에는 재귀반사성경면(3-1)이 형성되어 있고, 4는 발광소자인 발광 다이오드로서 여러개가 세로로 배치되어 있고 원거리에서도 식별이 용이한 적색의 고휘도 옥외용 발광다이오드이다. 5는 상기 발광다이오드(4)의 보호용 원통형케이스로서 외주면에는 상기 발광다이오드(4)의 점멸시 빛을 360°로 분산해주는 적색의 형광 반사시트(5-1)가 부착되어 있다.
6은 축전지이고, 7은 상기 축전지(6) 및 회로기판(PCB)을 보호하기위한 축전지 케이스이며, 8은 원통형발광케이스로서 외주면에는 세로방향의 홈(8-1)이 360°, 전방향에 걸쳐서 형성되어있어 원거리에서도 식별이 용이하도록 되어있다. 9는 도로상에 설치된 각종 도로표시판이 부착되는 지주(10)와 연결시킬때 이용되는 연결시킬때 이용되는 연결관이다.
제2도에는 본고안에 내장되는 회로의 블럭다이어그램으로서 도면 부호중 11은 광센서제어부, 12는 발진부, 그리고 13은 발광부를 표시한것이다.
도면중 미설명 부호 14는 도로표시판이다.
제3도는 제2도에서 보인 블럭다이어그램을 구체적으로 예시한 회로도로서 태양전지(1)에 빛이 입사될때 생기는 광전력을 감지하여 축전지(6)에 충전 또는 방전을 제어하는 광센서제어부(11)는 포토카플러(PT1), 다이오드(D1), 저항(R1∼R4) 및 트랜지스터(TR1)로 구성되어 있고, 발진부(12)는 트랜지스터(TR2, TR3), 저항(R5∼R8) 및 콘덴서(C1)(C2)로 구성되어 있으며, 발광부(13)은 여러개의 발광다이오드(LED1∼LED12)로 구성되어 있다.
따라서 본 고안은 태양전지(1)로부터 광기전력이 발생되면 이 전력은 다이오드(D1)를 지나 전기적에너지로 변환되어 축전지(6)을 충전시킨다.
이때 포트카플러(PT1)는 포트카플러(PT1) 부하저항(R1)을 통한 광기전력에 의해 포트카플러(PT1) 내부 입력발광다이오드가 발광하며 이때 빛이 입사했을때 생기는 광전류를 검출하고 접합부에 빛이 닿으면 전공과 전자가 분리하여 전류가 흘러 턴온이 된다.
포터카플러(PT1)의 출력의 턴온된 전류는 포터카플러(PT1)의 부하저항(R2)을 통하여 트랜지스터(TR1)의 베이스 전류 제한저항(R3)을 통하여 트랜지스터(TR1)의 베이스에 공급하고, 이때 축전지(6)로 부터 공급된 전류는 트랜지스터(TR1)의 콜렉터 부하저항(R4)을 통해 공급될때 트랜지스터(TR1)의 콜렉터 및 에미터가 턴온하여 발진부(12)로의 전류공급을 차단하게 된다.
한편 포터카플러(PT1)에서 빛을 검출하지못할경우(야간, 우천시, 짙은 안개가 형성되었을때)에는 포터카플러(PT1)가 턴오프되고, 트랜지스터(TR1)가 오프되므로 축전지(6)로부터 전류가 흘러 저항(R4)을 통하여 발진부(12)에 전원이 공급된다.
여기서 다이오드(D1)는 축전지(6)로부터 태양전지(1)로의 전류역류를 방지하기 위한 것이다.
광센서제어부(11)의 트랜지스터(TR1)의 콜렉터부하저항(R4)을 통해 축전지(6)로부터 전원이 공급되면 발진부(12)는 일정폭과 주기의 반복펄스를 발생하는 통상 비안정 멀티 바이브레이터로 작용하여 트랜지스터(TR2)(TR3), 저항(R5∼R8), 콘덴서(C1), (C2)의 조합에 의해 발진주기를 결정 발진을 아래와 같은 펄스폭과 반복주기로 반복하게 된다.
펄스폭 TW≒0.7(C2R7)
반복주기 TH≒0.7(C2R7+C1R5)
상기 발진 펄스폭과 반복 주기에 따라 트랜지스터(TR3)의 콜렉터에서 출력 발광부(13)의 발광 다이오드(LED1∼LED12)는 상기 펄스 주기에 따른 연속점멸 동작을 반복하게 된다. 이와 같이 본 고안은 여러개의 발광다이오드(LED1∼LED12)가 점멸, 360°전방향에 걸쳐서 원거리에서도 인지, 식별이 용이하며, 주간에 광에너지를 전기에너지로 변환시켜 축전지에 축적되도록 한후 이를 야간 우천시 또는 짙은 안개가 형성되었을시에 활용하게 되므로 유지비용이 거의 안된다. 또한 발광다이오드(LED1∼LED12)는 반도체 일종으로 반영구적일 뿐아니라 발광다이오드(LED1∼LED12)와 적색의 형광반사시트(5-1)의 반사, 상승작용에 의해 우수한 시선집중효과를 얻을 수 있기 때문에 교통사고를 미연에 방지할수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 태양전지(1)의 케이스(2)와 조립되며 회로기판(PCB) 및 축전지(6)의 케이스(7)과 내장되는 원통형케이스(3)의 외주면에는 재귀반사성경면(3-1)을 형성하고, 여러개의 발광다이오드(4)를 세로로 연결시킨 발광체가 내장되는 원통형케이스(5)의 외주면에는 형광반사시트(5-1)를 부착하며, 이 원통형케이스(5)가 삽입되어 상기 원통형케이스(3)와 조립되는 원통형발광케이스(8)의 외주면에는 여러개의 세로 방향홈(8-1)을 전방향에 걸쳐서 형성시킨것임을 특징으로 하는 태양전지를 이용한 점멸식 도로위험표시등.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 여러개의 세로방향홈(8-1)이 형성되지 않은 외주면으로 된 원통형 발광케이스(8)로 구성된 태양전지를 이용한 점멸식 도로위험표시등.
