Claims (3)
- 전자석식으로 조작되는 연료 분사 밸브로서, 밸브 케이싱(1)과, 상기 밸브 케이싱(1)내에 배치된 밸브시트체(23)와 적어도 하나의 전자 코일(13,14)과, 코어(7,9)와, 가동자(27)를 구비하고 있고, 상기 가동자(27)가 밸브 니이들(26)에 접속되어 있고, 구형은 안내구분(28)을 가지고 있고, 상기 안내구분(28)의 외주면이 상기 밸브시트체(23)의 안내구멍(25)내에서 미끄럼 가능하게 지지되어 있고, 상기 가동자(27)의 왕복운동이 코어(7,9)로부터 떨어지는 방향에서 안내구멍(25)에 접속된 스토퍼 개구(24)에 의해 제한되어 있는 형식의 것에 있어서, 가동자(27)와 구형의 안내구분(28)이 각각 독립한 부분으로서 구성되어 있고 연질 자성재료로 제조된 가동자(27)의 부가부(44)가 경한 재료로 제조된 안내구분(28)의 수용구멍(45)내로 돌입하고 있으며, 상기 안내구분(28)과 단단히 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가동자(27)가 중앙구멍(39)을 가지고 있고, 상기 중앙구멍(39)내에 밸브 니이들(26)의 일단부가 침입하고 있고, 상기 중앙구멍(39)내에서 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가동자(27)의 중앙구멍(39)에 암나사(49)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 암나사(49)에 밸브 니이들(26)의 숫나사(50)가 나사 결합되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
