Abstract

본 발명은, 물성이 뛰어나면서 입자상인 폴리올레핀을 효율좋게 제조하는 촉매를 제공한다.
본발명에 의하면 다음 일반식(1)으로 표시되는 메탈로센 화합물,
Cp2MX2(1)
(단, 상기식에서, Cp는 각기 독립하여 치환 또는 비치환된 시클로펜타디에닐, 인데닐, 플루오레닐기이고, Cp는 서로 결합할 수 있으며, M은 티탄, 지르코늄 또는 하프늄이고, X는 각기 독립하여 할로겐, 알콕시기, 아미노기, 아미드기이다)
다음 일반식(2)으로 표시되는 이온화 이온성 화합물,
[C3+][A-] (2)
(단, 상기식에서, [C+]는 양이온이고, [A-]는 음이온이다)
다음 일반식(3)으로 표시되는 유기 금속 화합물,
M'R3(3)
(단, 상기식에서, M'은 상기 메탈로센 화합물의 M-X와, 반응성을 갖는 M'-R 결합을 형성할 수 있는 금속이고, R은 탄화수소기, 할로겐, 수소, 아미노, 알콕시 또는 아릴기이고, R은 각기 동일하거나 또는 상이하여도 좋으며, 그리고 적어도 하나의 R은 탄화수소기이다) 및 표면 히드록시기의 일부 또는 전부가 할로겐으로 치환된 무기 산화물을 접촉시켜 얻은 올레핀 중합용 촉매가 제공된다.
본 발명의 촉매는 메탈로센 화합물, 이온화 이온성 화합물, 유기금속 화합물 및 표면 히드록시기의 일부 또는 전부가 할로겐으로 치환된 무기 산화물을 접촉시켜 얻는 올레핀 중합용 촉매이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 다음 일반식(1)으로 표시되는 메탈로센 화합물,
    Cp2MX2(1)
    (단, 상기식에서, Cp는 각기 독립하여 치환 또는 비치환된 시클로펜타디에닐, 인데닐, 플루오레닐기이고, Cp는 서로 결합할 수 있으며, M은 티탄, 지르코늄 또는 하프늄이고, X는 각기 독립하여 할로겐, 알콕시기, 아미노기, 아미드기이다) 다음 일반식(2)으로 표시되는 이온화 이온성 화합물,
    [C+][A-] (2)
    (단, 상기식에서, [C+]는 양이온이고, [A-]는 음이온이다) 다음 일반식(3)으로 표시되는 유기 금속 화합물,
    M'M3(3)
    (단, 상기식에서, M'은 상기 메탈로센 화합물의 M-X와, 반응성을 갖는 M'-R 결합을 형성할 수 있는 금속이고, R은 탄화수소기, 할로겐, 수소, 아미노, 알콕시 또는 아릴기이고, R은 각기 동일하거나 또는 상이하여도 좋으며, 그리고 적어도 하나의 R은 탄화수소기이다) 및 표면 히드록시기의 일부 또는 전부가 할로겐으로 치환된 무기 산화물을 접촉시켜 얻은 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
  2. 제1항에 기재된 올레핀 중합용 촉매 존재하에서 올레핀을 중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합 방법.
