Claims (1)
- 니플(2)과 출구를 향해서 직경이 작아진 테이퍼형상의 구멍을 가진 다이(3)를 구비하여, 니플(2)의 구멍과 다이(3)의 구멍과의 사이에 수지를 둘레방향으로부터 가압공급하고, 다이(3)의 테이퍼부에서 수지를 짜고, 이곳을 통과하는 광파이버에 수지를 도포하도록 한 광파이버용 수지도포장치에 있어서, 상기 니플(2)과 상기 다이(3)는, 광파이버가 통과하는 중심축에 수직이고 중심에 구멍을 가진 니플의 면과, 상기 중심축에 수직이고 중심에 구멍을 가진 다이의 입구의 면이, 틈사이(B)를 가지도록 배치되고, 이 틈사이(B)를 통과해서, 수지가 다이(3)의 테이퍼부에 공급되도록 이 틈사이에 수지 공급구가 연결되고, 니플(2) 구멍의 직경(F)의 다이(3)의 입구구멍의 직경(H)보다 작고, 상기 니플(2)과 다이(3)의 틈사이의 간격(B)이, 다이의 입구구멍의 직경(H)의 1/4이상 또한 4배이하이고, 다이(3)의 테이퍼부의 테이퍼각도(α)가 2∼8°이며, 테이퍼부의 길이(C)가 다이(3)의 출구구멍직경(G)의 5배이상이며, 다이(3)의 구멍출구부분(D)이, 출구의 구멍직경(G)이상의 길이에 걸쳐서 일정한 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버용 수지도포장치.
