Abstract

본 발명은 높이를 확실하게 여러 단개로 변환할 수 있는 간단한 구조로 된 용이한 침대 장치에 관한 것이다. 몸체(1)에는지지 링크(20)와 슬라이더(43)와 슬라이드할 수 있게 수용된 받침 링크(28)가 회동 가능하게 설치되어 있다. 지지 링크(20)에는 계합 핀(22)이 설치되고, 받침 링크(28)에는 종방향을 따라 복수개의 계합부(40)가 소정 간격으로 설치된 가이드부(39)가 설치되어 있어서 이 가이드부(39)에 상기 계합 핀(22)이 슬라이드 가능하게 삽입되어 있다. 상기 받침 링크(28)가 회동하면 그 회동 방향에 따라 상기 슬라이더(43)는 상기 계합 핀(22)이 상기 계합부(40)에 계합하는 것을 지지 또는 허용한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 제1실시예의 침대 장치의 정면도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 제1실시예의 침대 장치의 측면도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 제1실시예의 슬라이더의 단면도, 제4도는 제2도에서의 링크 기구를 도시한 A-A선의 측면도, 제5도는 계합 핀을 받침 링크의 길다란 홈의 최상단부에 계합시킨 상태의 링크 기구 일부의 단면을 도시한 측면도, 제6도는 제4도의 지지 링크의 일단부를 도시한 B-B선의 단면도, 제7도는 제6도의 E-E선의 단면도, 제8도는 제4도의 받침 일단부를 도시한 C-C선의 단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 상면에 매트릭스가 탑재된 몸체의 지지 높이를 변환할 수 있는 침대 장치에 있어서, 상기 몸체에 일단 부가 회동가능하게 연결된 지지 링크와; 측벽에 의해 둘러싸인 수용부가 종방향으로 설치되어 그 수용부에 상기 지지 링크의 타단부가 회동가능하게 삽입됨과 동시에 일단부가 상기 몸체의 상기 지지 링크의 일단부로부터 소정 거리만큼 이격시킨 위치에 회동가능하게 연결된 받침 링크와; 상기 받침 링크의 적어도 종방향의 일단측으로부터 타단측을 따라서 형성된 복수개의 계합부를 가지는 가이드부와; 상기 지지 링크의 타단부에 설치되고, 상기 가이드부에 슬라이드 가능하게 삽입된 계합 핀과; 상기 받침 링크의 수용부에 자체 무게보다 더 큰 힘을 받았을 때에만 슬라이드할 수 있게 설치되고, 상기 계합 핀과 계합에 의해 슬라이드 시켜짐과 동시에 상기 계합 핀이 상기 가이드부의 일단측으로부터 타단측으로 슬라이드할 때에는 상기 계합핀이 상기 계합부에 계합하는 것을 저지하고, 타단측을부터 일단측으로 슬라이드 할 때에는 상기 계합부에 계합하는 것을 허용하는 슬라이드를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 침대 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이더는 상기 계합 핀이 상기 계합부에 계합하는 것을 허용하는 후단부가 계단 형상으로 형성되어 있고, 상기 전단부를 상기 받침 링크의 타단측으로 상기 수용부에 수용되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 침대 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이더는 그 단면과 상기 수용부의 내면 사이에 설치된 스프링체에 의해 상기 수용부에서의 슬라이드 저항이 설정되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 침대 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스프링제어 의해 설정된 상기 슬라이더의 슬라이드 저항은 상기 받침 링크가 자체 무게에 의해 회동할 때에 발생하는 회전 모멘트보다 작게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 침대 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지 링크는 상기 몸체의 폭방향의 대응하는 위치에 일단부를 각각 회동가능하게 연결하여, 설치된 1개로 1개의 조를 이루고, 상기 몸체에는 2개 조의 지지 링크가 상기 몸체의 종방향으로 소정 간격으로 설치되고, 각 조의 2개의 지지 링크는 상기 몸체에 대한 회동이 연동하도록 연결 부재에 의해 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 침대 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드부는 상기 받침 링크의 일측벽에 형성된 길다란 홈으로 이루어지며, 상기 계합붕는 상기 측벽에 상기 길다란 홈이 연통하여 형성된 요부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 침대 장치.
