Abstract

비틀림 스프링에 의해 활동되는 회전 가능한 캠 링과 고정식 캠 링을 구비하는 편심형 스프링 편향 긴장기에 있어서, 상기 캠 링들은 긴장기의 피벗 아암이 이동될때 댐핑 효과를 얻기 위해 방사상의 활주면들을 맞물리게 하는 축방향의 작용력을 발생시킨다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 벨트 긴장기를 축방향으로 일부 절단시킨 단면도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시된 긴장기를 동일한 크기로 반대되게 분해시켜 도시한 전개도, 제3도는 비틀림 스프링에 의해 작용된 두개의 캠 링의 상호작동을 도시하기 위해 방사상의 내측으로 일부 절취한 확대도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 스터브 샤프트상에 자리한 풀리 베어링, 스터브 샤프트의 일부로 형성된 피벗 아암, 피벗 부싱을 관통하여 연장하는 부분을 구비하고 피벗 아암의 길이를 정의하는 반경만큼 스터브 샤프트에 편심된 피벗 핀, 피벗 핀을 중심으로 피벗 아암을 회전방향으로 편향시키는 비틀림 스프링, 및 피벗 핀을 중심으로 피벗 아암의 회전을 억제시키는 댐핑 수단을 구비하는 편심형 벨트 긴장기로서: 피벗 핀과 동일축상으로 배치되며 원방향으로 동일하게 방향성을 갖고 축방향으로 대향하면서 원주둘레로 테이퍼진 다수의 캠표면을 지닌 고정식 캠 링과; 고정식 캠 링과 함께 동일축상으로 배치되며 상기 고정식 캠 링의 캠표면과 양호하게 맞물리는 축방향 반대로 대향하면서 원주둘레로 테이퍼진 다수의 캠표면을 지닌 회전 가능한 캠 링과; 코일 형태로 피벗 핀의 원주둘레를 따라 배치되며 회전 가능한 캠 링과 작동 능하게 연결되는 일단부와 피벗 아암에 작동가능하게 연결되는 타단부를 구비하는 비틀림 스프링과; 스터드 샤프트의 양단과 풀리 베어링의 측면에 대면하면서 작동가능하게 연결되며, 피벗 핀으로부터 유효 반경에서 마찰물질에 반하여 활주하는 마찰면을 제공하기 위한 방사상의 표면이 각각 형성된 제1 및 제2디스크형 부재를 포함하며, 비틀림 스프링을 감는 방향으로의 피벗 아암의 각운동은 상기 링들을 축방향으로 분리시키고 마찰 활주면에 작용된 축방향의 작용력을 변화시키기 위해 맞물린 캠표면을 활동시키는 고정식 캠 링에 반하여 회전 가능한 캠 링을 각이동시키도록 작동하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 편심형 벨트 긴장기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 마찰 활주면을 위한 유효 반경은 피벗 아암의 길이보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 편심형 벨트 긴장기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고정식 캠 링과 회전 가능한 캠 링은 서로 다른 플라스틱 물질로 구성되며 맞물린 캠 표면의 마찰계수 범위가 0보다 크고 약 0.15 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 편심형 벨트 긴장기.
