Claims (10)
- 직쇄의 올레핀성 중합체 ; 하나 이상의 카복실산, 아미드, 아민 또는 하이드록실-작용성 그룹을 함유하는 가교결합성 중합체 ; 에폭시-작용성 실란, 아미노-작용성실란, 유기-작용성 알콕시실란, 아민, 에폭시-디작용성수지, 및 티타네이트로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 가교결합제 ; 및 휘발성 발포체의 혼합물로 이루어진 팽창 가능한 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 직쇄 올레핀성 중합체를 5내지 95중량%의 양으로 함유하고, 가교결합성 중합체를 95 내지 5중량%의 양으로 함유하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가교결합성 중합체가 에틸렌-아크릴산 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 가교결합제가 에폭시-작용성 실란인 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 가교결합제가 에폭시-다작용성 수지인 조성물.
- (a) 직쇄 올레핀성 올레핀성 중합체, 및 하나 이상의 카복실산, 아미드, 아민 또는 하이드록실 작용성 그룹을 함유하고 가교결합성 중합체의 혼합물을 휘발성 발포제, 및 에폭시-작용성 실란, 아미노-작용성 실란, 유기-작용성 알콕시실란, 에폭시-디작용성 실란, 아민 및 티타네이트로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 충분한 양의 가교결합제와 함께 용융처리하여 유동성 혼합물을 생성시키고 ; (b) 상기 혼합물을 다이를 통해 저압부로 압출시키고, 상기 발포제를 활성화시켜 중합체 혼합물을 기포상의 가교결합 구조로 팽창시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 중합체 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 직쇄 올레핀성 중합체를 5 내지 95중량%의 양으로 함유하고, 가교결합성 중합체를 95 내지 5중량%의 양으로 함유하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 가교결합성 중합체가 에틸렌-아크릴산 공중합체인 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 가교결합체가 에폭시-작용성 실란인 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 충분한 양의 알코올을 상기 발포제와 함께 가하여 생성된 혼합물중에서 가교결합성 중합체의 가교결합도를 조정하는 방법.
