Abstract

본 발명은 충분한 체적효율을 확실하게 유지함과 더불어 충분한 동력 효율을 확보하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 각보어(1A~1F)와 중심축구멍(1a)과의 사이에 도통로(2A~2F)가 형성되고, 구동축에 결합된 회전밸브(22)에는, 흡입통로(25)가 형성됨과 더불어 잔류개스바이패스홈(28)이 형성된다.
잔류개스바이패스폼(28)은 토출종료시의 보어(1C)와 도통로(2C)를 매개로 연통하는 고압측홈(28a)과, 이에 동기하여 실질적으로 압축작동이 진행중인 보어(1A)와 도통로(2A)를 매개하여 연통하는 저압측홈(28b)와, 이들 고압측홈(28a)과 저압측홈(28b)을 접속하는 연통홈(28c)으로 이루어진다.
잔류개스가 있기는 하나 압축이 완료된 냉매가스를 흡입압력 정도까지 감압함이 없이 압축 행정중인 보어로 바이패스하여, 불필요한 재압축이 감소된다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 압축기의 종단면도이고,
제2도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 압축기의 횡단면도,
제3도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 압축기에서 회전밸브와 도통로의 전개도,
제4도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 압축기에서 회전밸브와 도통로의 전개도.

Claims (2)

  1. 축중심 주위에 다수의 보어를 갖는 실린더 블럭과, 이 실린더블럭의 축구멍내에 끼워지지된 구동축과, 이 구동축과 함께 자동하는 크랭크실내의 사판에 연결되어 상기 보어 내부를 운동하는 피스톤을 구비한 왕복동형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 각보어와 축구멍의 사이에는 이들을 연결하는 도통로가 형성되고, 상기 구동축에는 흡입 행정에 있는 각 보어의 도통로와 흡입실을 순차적으로 연통하는 흡입통로를 갖춘 회전밸브가 동기회전가능하게 결합되며, 이 회전밸브에는 토출 종료시의 보어와 도통로를 매개로 연통하는 고압측 개구와, 이에 동기하여 실질적으로 압축작동이 진행중인 보어와 도통로를 매개로 연통하는 저압측 개구 및, 이 고압측 개구 및 저압측 개구를 접속하는 연통로로 이루어진 잔류개스바이패스통로가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동형 압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 잔류개스바이패스 통로의 고압측 개구 및 저압측개구의 각각 도통로를 매개한 연통타이밍은, 이 저압측 개구가 고압측 개구보다도 선행하도록 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동형 압축기.
