본 발명은 전자레인지용 금속제 조리용기에 관한 것이다.
금속제 조리용기는 합성수지, 유리, 도자기등의 조리용기에 비하여 열전도성이 양호하고, 파손이 잘되지않는 점 등의 경제성 및 경량성등의 이점이 있기 때문에 다른 조리용기에 비하여 사용자들이 선호하는 경향이 있다.
그러나, 금속제 조리용기는 그 재질이 성질상 도전율이 높기 때문에 전자레인지에서 사용하면 마그네트론에서 발진되는 전파가 그 용기에 부딛쳐 전기적인 충격을 가하므로서, 유도전류에 의하여 순간적으로 전위가 높은곳과 낮은곳이 생기므로 스파크가 발생되기 때문에 금속제 조리용기는 현재까지 전자레인지에서는 사용할 수 없는 실정이다.
본 발명자는 금속제 조리용기를 전자레인지에서 사용하기 위하여 많은 연구를 거듭한바 본 발명을 완성하기에 이르렀다.
본 발명의 목적은 금속제 조리용기를 전자레인지에서 사용케 하므로서 상기한 금속제 용기의 장점을 활용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
본 발명은 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 조리용기는 뚜껑과 몸체로 되어 있으며 뚜껑과 몸체의 어느 하나에 전파흡수체를 형성한 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 조리용기는 뚜껑은 전파투과성인 합성수지, 유리 또는 도자기제로 만들고 몸체는 금속제로 만들며 뚜껑 또는 몸체의 전부 또는 일부에 전파흡수체를 형성하는 것이다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 전파흡수체는 공지한 전파흡수성 손실재가 사용되며, 자성손실재, 도전손실재, 유전손실재 기타 탄화규소등과 같은 다른 손실재가 사용된다.
본 발명은 뚜껑 또는 몸체에 전파흡수체를 형성하므로서 상기 전파흡수체가 마그네트론에서 발진되는 전파를 흡수하여 전기에너지를 열에너지로 변환시키므로서, 전기적인 충격을 흡수하여 금속제 용기를 스파크의 발생이 없이 전자레인지에서 사용할 수가 있게 되는 것이다.
본 발명을 실시예 도면에 의하여 설명한다.
제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예로서 전파반사체인 금속제 몸체(1)와 전파투과성인 합성수지, 유리 또는 도자기제 뚜껑(2)으로 되어 있으며 전파흡수체(3)는 뚜껑을 성형할 때 뚜껑의 소지와 균일하게 혼합하여 성형한 것이다.
또한, 뚜껑 또는 몸체에 전파흡수체의 도막을 코팅등에 의하여 형성할 수도 있다.
제2도는 본 발명의 제2실시예로서 몸체와 뚜껑은 제1실시예와 동일하나 제2도(a)는 몸체(1)의 하방에 전파흡수체(3)를 형성한 것이며, 제2도(b)(c)는 몸체의 외측, 또는 몸체의 내측 임의의 곳에 전파흡수체(3)를 형성한 것이다.
제1도에 도시된 용기는 전자레인지에 넣고 마그네트론에서 발진되는 전파가 전파투과성인 뚜껑(2)을 통하여 음식물에 조사되어 음식물을 조리함과 동시에 전파를 흡수하며 제2도에 도시된 용기는 용기의 뚜껑(2)에서는 제1도의 뚜껑의 기능중 전파의 투과기능만을 하고, 몸체(1)에 형성된 전파흡수체(3)에서는 전파를 흡수하여 전기에너지를 열에너지로 변환시키므로서 전기적인 충격을 흡수하여 스파크가 방지되는 것이다.
이상과 같은 본 발명은 전자레인지내에서 금속제 용기로서 음식물의 조리가 가능하므로서 금속제 용기의장점인 파손의 방지에 의한 경제성 및 실용성을 향상시키고, 또한 도자기 및 유리제의 조리용기보다 취급조작성이 간편한 효과등이 있으며 또한 본 발명은 직화용(直火用)으로도 사용됨은 물론이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 금속제 몸체와 전파투과성 뚜껑으로 되어 있으며 몸체와 뚜껑의 어느 하나에 전파흡수체를 형성하여서된 전자레인지용 금속제 조리용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전파흡수체는 뚜껑에 분산 형성된 전자레인지용 금속제 조리용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전파흡수체는 몸체와 뚜껑중 어느 1개소에 코팅된 전자레인지용 금속제 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전파흡수체는 몸체의 바닥과 내외측 어느 1개소에 형성된 전자레인지용 금속제 용기.
