Claims (2)
- 밀폐케이스안에 그 양쪽끝이 베어링구에 끼워져서 회전이 자유롭게 지지되는 흡입단측과 토출단측을 갖고 있는 실린더와, 이 실린더안에 축방향을 따라 치우쳐서 회전이 자유롭게 지지되는 피스톤과, 이 피스톤의 외주면에 실린더의 흡입단측으로부터 토출단측으로 조금씩 작아지는 피치로 설치된 나선형의 홈과, 이홈에 피스톤의 지름방향으로 출입이 자유롭게 끼워져 그 외주면이 실린더의 내주면에 밀착되어 상기 실린더의 내주면과 피스톤의 외주면 사이의 공간을 여러개의 작동실로 나누는 블레이드등을 구비하고, 상기 실린더와 피스톤과의 상대적인 회전에 동반되어 실린더의 흡입단측에서 토출단측의 작동실로 작동유체를 이송하면서 압축하며, 상기 밀폐케이스 내저부에 형성되는 윤활유의 저장부와, 이 저장부의 윤활유를 전술한 회전체의 축부단면과 베어링구 사이의 공간으로 흡입하는 윤활유 흡입로와, 상기 회전체 축방향을 따라 설치되어 상기 윤활유 흡입로에 흡입된 윤활유 흡입로에 흡입된 윤활유를 상기 나선형의 홈 밑부분으로 유도하는 급유구멍등을 구비하고 있으며, 전술한 급유구멍의 선단개구부는 상기 작동실의 제1실의 흡입진행 과정 완료시에 제2실째 이후로 대응하는 홈 부위에 설치도니 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 나선형의 홈 밑부분, 또는 전술한 블레이드의 내주면, 또는 전술한 나선형의 홈 밑부분 및 전술한 블레이드의 내주면에 탄성재로된 밀봉부재를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압축기.
