Abstract

본 발명은 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 질화방법에 관한 것으로 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품을 불소가스분위기 중에 유지해서 그 표면에 불화막을 형성시켜, 계속해서 질화시키기 때문에 생성하는 질화경화층이 치밀하고 균질하게 되어 상기 제품의 표면경도가 대폭으로 향상하게 되며, 또 상기 질화에 즈음해서 450℃이하의 온도에서 처리하기 때문에 오스테나이트계 제품이 본래 가지는 고내식성이 질화에 의해서 손상되지 않고 고내식성을 유지하게 되는것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

오스테나이트계 스테인레스 제품의 질화방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 질화처리에 이용하는 노 구성도,
제2도는 본 발명에 의해 질화처리된 오스테나이트게 스테인레스재의 전류밀도와 전압과의 곡선도,
제3도는 본 발명에 의해 질화처리된 오스테나이트계 스테인레스재의 전류밀도와 전압과의 곡선도,
제4도는 본 발명에 의해 질화처리된 오스테나이트계 스테인레스재의 전류 밀도와 전압과의 곡선도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 불소계 가스 분위기 하에서,오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품을 가열상태로 유지해, 계속해서 이것을 질화분위기하에 두고 450℃ 이하의 가열상태로 유지해서 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 표면층을 질화층으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 질화방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 질화방법에 의해, 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 표면층을 질화층으로 형성한 후 HNO3를 함유하는 혼합강산 용액에 접촉시켜 그 표면을 청정화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 질화방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품이, 크롬 함유량이 22중량%이상인 오스테나이트계 스테인레스재료를 이용하여 이루어지는 가공제품인 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 질화방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품이 몰리브덴을 1.5중량%이상 포함하는 오스테나이트계 스테인레스재료를 가공한 가공제품인 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 질화방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품이 몰리브덴을 1.5중량%이상 포함하는 크롬을 22중량%이상 포함하는 오스테나이트-펠라이트 이상계 스테인레스재료를 가공한 가공제품인 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 질화방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품이 스테인레스나사류인 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 질화방법.
