Claims (6)
- 불소계 가스 분위기 하에서,오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품을 가열상태로 유지해, 계속해서 이것을 질화분위기하에 두고 450℃ 이하의 가열상태로 유지해서 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 표면층을 질화층으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 질화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 질화방법에 의해, 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 표면층을 질화층으로 형성한 후 HNO3를 함유하는 혼합강산 용액에 접촉시켜 그 표면을 청정화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 질화방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품이, 크롬 함유량이 22중량%이상인 오스테나이트계 스테인레스재료를 이용하여 이루어지는 가공제품인 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 질화방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품이 몰리브덴을 1.5중량%이상 포함하는 오스테나이트계 스테인레스재료를 가공한 가공제품인 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 질화방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품이 몰리브덴을 1.5중량%이상 포함하는 크롬을 22중량%이상 포함하는 오스테나이트-펠라이트 이상계 스테인레스재료를 가공한 가공제품인 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 질화방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품이 스테인레스나사류인 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계 스테인레스제품의 질화방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
