Abstract

본 발명은 냉간압조성이 우수한 저탄소강 선재의 구상화 열처리방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 저탄소강 선재 표면의 스케일을 박리하여 피막처리 후 신선가공을 한 다음 구상화 열처리를 행하는 방법에 있어서, 신선가공한 저탄소강 선재를 790∼820℃의 온도범위에서 1∼3시간 열처리하여 세멘타이트를 구상화시킨 후 650℃까지 시간당 15℃의 냉각속도로 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간압조성이 우수한 저탄소강 선재의 구상화 열처리방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 저탄소강 선재 표면의 스케일을 박리하여 피막처리후 신선가공을 한 다음 구상화 열처리를 행하는 방법에 있어서, 신선가공한 저탄소강 선재를 790∼820℃의 온도범위에서 1∼3시간 열처리하여 세멘타이트를 구상화시킨 루 650℃까지 시간당 15℃의 냉각속도로 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간압조성이 우수한 저탄소강 선재의 구상화 열처리방법.
