Description
Claims (1)
- 적어도 하나가 투명한 한쌍의 절연기판과, 한쌍의 기판 사이에서 충전되고 그의 광학특성이 인가 전압에 응답하여 변조될 수 있는 표시매체와, 한쌍의 기판중의 하나의 내부표면상에 매트릭스로 배열되어 있고, 각각 복수의 분할화소전극을 포함하는 화소전극과, 각 분할화소전극에 전기적으로 접속되는 주스위칭소자와, 상기 분할화소전극의 인접한 것을 브리지하는 적어도 하나의 집합과, 결함으로서 가시적으로 검출된 상기 주스위칭소자를 대체하기 위하여 상기 접합부근에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 스패어 스위칭소자를 포함하고, 상기 접합은 각 인접하는 분할화소전극의 부분들에, 전기적으로 접속되고 그리고 그 아래에서 형성된 한쌍의 금속부품과, 상기 스패어 스위칭소자의 출력단자와, 그리고 상기 프래어 스위칭소자의 상기 출력단자와 금속부품 둘다가 그들 사이에 위치하는 절연막으로 겹친 결합금속층을 가지며, 주사선, 신호선과 상기신호선에서 분기되는 신호지선을 부가하고, 상기 주스위칭소자와 스패어 스위칭소자가 상기 주사선중의 하나에 형성되고 그리고 상기 신호지선중의 하나를 경유하여 상기 신호선중의 하나에 접속되며, 상기 스패어 스위칭소자는 상기 주스위칭소자들 사이에 위치하는 액티브 매트릭스 표시장치.
