Claims (8)
- 두께가 0.5내지 1.5mm인 폴리카보네이트 코아판(3)과 각각 두께가 0.3 내지 1.0mm인 열가소성 폴리우레탄층(4,5)에 의해 폴리카보네이트 코아판에 연결되며 두께가 1.5내지 3.5mm인 예비강화된 실리케이트 유리 바깥판(1,2)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 다층 적층 유리로부터 제조된, 특히 측면 및 도어 창유리에 사용하기 위한 침입방지용 차량 유리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 실리케이트 유리판(1,2)의 두께가 1.5내지 2.5mm이며 화학적으로 강화된 차량 유리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리케이트 유리판(1,2)의 표면적에서 압축응력이 300 내지 500N/㎟, 바람직하게는 300내지 400N/㎟인 차량 유리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리케이트 유리판(1,2)이 열적으로 강화되지만 강화 안전유리의 강화도보다는 낮아서 유리판의 코아에서 인장응력이 350 내지 55N/㎟인 차량 유리판.
- 제4항에 있어서, 실리케이트 유리판의 강화도가 유리판 표면 전체에 대해 상이하며, 유리판 코아에서의 가장자리 영역의 평균 인장응력은 40 내지 55N/㎟이고 유리판의 중앙 영역의 평균 인장응력은 35내지 50인 차량 유리판.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 각각의 유리판(1,2)은 두께가 대략 2mm이고, 폴리카보네이트 코아판은 두께가 대략 1.0mm이고, 각각의 열가소성 폴리우레탄 결합층(4,5)은 두께가 각각 대략 0.76mm인 차량 유리판.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 각각의 유리판(1,2)은 두께가 2 내지 2.5mm이고, 폴리카보네이트 코아판은 두께가 대략 1.0mm이고, 각각의 열가소성 폴리우레탄 결합층(4,5)은 두께가 각각 대략 0.76mm인 차량 유리판.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실란-함유결합체 층(6,7)이 폴리우레탄 층(4,5)이 붙은 강화 실리케이트유리판(1,2)의 면 위에 위치하는 차량 유리판.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
