본 고안은 자기기록재생기의 테이프 이완 보상장치에 관한 것으로, 브이씨알의 조그(jog), 셔틀(shuttle) 모드에서 역 슬로우(slow)시 테이프 텐션을 일정하게 유지하여 선명한 화면을 유지할 수 있도록 한 자기기록재생기의 테이프 이완 보상장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 비디오 테이프 레코더는 제1도에 도시한 바와 같이, 베이스 플레이트에 공급릴(1)과 권취릴(2)이 설치되고, 공급릴(1)과 권취릴(2) 사이에 아이들러기구(3)가 설치되어 있다.
상기 아이들러기구(3)는 클러치 기어(4)와 축(3') 상단부에 결합되는 아이들 암(5)과 아이들 암(5)의 선단부에 축착되는 아이들러 기어(6)으로 구성되어 있다.
또한, 모드 변환용 펑션 플레이트(function plate)(7)의 일측단부에는 작동홈(8)이 형성되고, 아이들러기구(3)의 일측에는 조그(jog)레버(9)가 축(10)으로 축착되어 있으며, 조그레버(9)의 일단부에 형성된 작동돌기(11)가 상기 펑션 플레이트(7)의 작동홈(8)에 삽입되고, 조그레버(9)의 타단부에 형성된 기어부(12)가 상기 아이들러 기구(3)의 클러치 기어(4) 상단부에 형성된 조그기어(13)에 맞물려 있다.
이러한 종래의 장치는 아이들러 기어(6)가 권취릴(2)에 붙어있는 상태에서 역 슬로우(slow)를 행하게 되면 펑션 플레이트(7)가 이동하여 조그레버(9)의 작동돌기(11)가 펑션 플레이트(7)의 작동홈(8)을 움직임에 따라 조그레버(9)가 회전하게 되며, 이 회전력으로 클러치 기어(4)가 회전하고, 아이들러 기어(6)가 회전하여 공급릴(1)를 회전시킴으로써 테이프를 감아주게 된다.
그러나, 상기한 바와 같은 종래의 테이프 이완 보상장치는 회전력을 상쇄시킬 수 없는 구조이므로 브이씨알의 조그(jog), 셔틀(shuttle) 모드에서 역 슬로우(slo) 시테이프 텐션이 증가하게 되며, 테이프 텐션이 일정하지 않아 화면에 노이즈가 생기게 될 뿐아니라, 테이프 텐션이 강하면 헤드에 이물질이 생기고 테이프에 손상이 생기는 결함이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기한 바와 같은 종래의 결함을 해소하기 위하여 창안한 것으로, 회전 구동력을 일정하게 전달하는 조그 클러치기어를 아이들러기구와 연결, 설치하고, 펑션 플레이트에 형성한 기어치로 조그 클러치기어를 구동하도록 한 것인 바, 이러한 본 고안을 첨부한 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제3도 내지 제5도에 도시한 바와 같이, 아이들러기구(3)의 일측부에 그 아이들러기구(3)의 클러치 기어(4)와 연결되는 조그 클러치기어(20)가 설치되고, 상기 펑션 플레이트(7)에는 상기 조그 클러치기어(20)를 작동시키기 위한 기어치(30)가 형성된 구성이며 상기 조그 클러치기어(20)는 베이스 플레이트(B)에 고정한 축(21)에 입력기어(22)와 홀더(23)가 서로 압입된 상태로 삽입되고, 그들 사이에 출력기어(24)가 삽입되어 있으며, 입력기어(22)와 출력기어(24) 사이에 펠트(25)와 스프링(26)이 결합되고, 출력기어(24)와 홀더(23) 사이에 펠트(27)가 결합된 구성으로 되어 있다.
이와 같은 본 고안의 테이프 이완 보상장치는 아이들러 기어(6)가 권취릴(2)에 붙어 있는 상태에서 역 슬로우(slow)를 행하게 되면 펑션 플레이트(7)가 이동하여 펑션 플레이트(7)의 기어치(30)가 조그 클러치기어(20)의 입력기어(22)를 회전하고, 입력기어(22)가 회전하면 스프링(26)의 힘으로 출력기어(24)에 회전 토크(torque)가 생겨 회전하게 되고, 권취릴(2)에 붙어 있는 아이들러 기어(6)를 공급릴(1)측으로 회전시켜 공급릴(1)에 테이프를 감아 주게 된다.
그리고, 이러한 본 고안의 테이프 이완 보상장치는 조그 클러치기어(20)의 회전토크가 일정하므로 테이프를 적정한 힘으로 당기게 되며, 이에 따라 테이프의 텐션이 일정하게 유지되므로 화면의 노이즈를 방지하고 테이프의 손상을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같은 본 고안의 테이프 이완 보상장치는 조그(jog), 셔틀(shuttle) 모드에서 역 슬로우(slow)시 테이프 텐션을 일정하게 유지하여 선명한 화면을 유지할 수 있으며, 테이프의 손상을 방지하여 사용 수명을 향상하는 이점이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 공급릴(1)과 권취릴(2)에 동력을 전달하는 아이들러기구(3)의 일측부에 그 아이들러기구(3)의 클러치 기어(4)와 연결되는 조그 클러치기어(20)가 설치되고, 상기 펑션 플레이트(7)에는 상기 조그 클러치기어(20)를 작동시키기 위한 기어치(30)가 형성되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자기기록재생기의 테이프 이완 보상장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조그 클러치기어(20)는 베이스 플레이트에 고정한 축(21)에 입력기어(22)와 홀더(23)가 서로 압입된 상태로 삽입되고, 그들 사이에 출력기어(24)가 삽입되어 있으며, 입력기어(22)와 출력기어(24) 사이에 펠트(27)가 결합되어 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 자기기록재생기의 테이프 이완 보상장치.
