Abstract

본 발명은 모세혈관 저항성 강화및 안과 영역의 활성을 갖는 안토시아노사이드 성분의 경구 흡수율을 높인 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 분획화된 코코넛유 중에 현탁된 고함량, 바람직하게는 80% w/w보다 높은 함량의 안토시아노사이드를 함유하는 경구용 약제학적 조성물은 수용액 또는 다른 지방친화성 담체 중의 현탁액 보다 높은 생체이용율을 갖는다.

Claims (8)

  1. 중간 사슬 지방산 트리글리세라이드 혼합물 중에 현탁된 고함량 안토시아노사이드 추출물(HCA)을 활성성분으로서 하유하는 경구용 약제학적 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 안토시아노사이드 추출물이 분획화된 코코넛유 중에 현탁된 약제학적 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 안토시아노사이드 추출물이 분획화된 코코넛유 중에 2내지 10%w/w의 범위로 현탁된 것을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 안토시아노사이드 추출물이 분획화된 코코넛유 중에 4 내지 8%w/w의 범위로 현탁된 것을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성묻.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고함량 안토시아노사이드 추출물이 40%(w/w) 보다 많은 안토시아노사이드를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 고함량 안토시아노사이드 추출물이 50% (w/w)보다 많은 안토시아노사이드를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 고함량 안토시아노사이드 추출물이 80% (w/w)보다 많은 안토시아노사이드를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캅셀, 새쉬 또는 정제의 형태인 약제학적 조성물.
