Claims (6)
- 강이금과 이 강이금의 한쪽 표면상에 일체로 결합된 소결 구리 합금층으로 이루어지는 슬라이딩 부재에 있어서, 상기 소결 구리 합금의 조성이 Sn : 1 내지 15중량%, Ni-B 화합물 : 1 내지 20중량%, P : 1중량% 이하, 그리고 Cu 및 불순물이 잔부를 이루도록 되어 있는 슬라이딩 부재.
- 강이금과, 이 강이금의 한쪽 표면상에 일체로 결합된 소결 구리 합금층으로 이루어지는 슬라이딩 부재에 있어서, 상기 소결 구리 합금의 조성이 Sn : 1 내지 15중량%, Ni-B 화합물 : 1 내지 20중량%, Pb : 1 내지 30중량%, P : 1중량% 이하, 그리고 Cu 및 불순물이 잔부를 이루도록 되어 있는 슬라이딩 부재.
- 강이금과, 이 강이금의 한쪽 표면상에 일체로 결합된 소결 구리 합금층으로 이루어지는 슬라이딩 부재에 있어서, 상기 소결 구리 합금의 조성이 Sn : 1 내지 15중량%, Ni-B 화합물 : 1 내지 20중량%, 흑연 : 0.5 내지 8중량%, P : 1중량% 이하, 그리고 Cu 및 불순물이 잔부를 이루도록 되어 있는 슬라이딩 부재.
- 강이금과, 이 강이금의 한쪽 표면상에 일체로 결합된 소결 구리 합금층으로 이루어지는 슬라이딩 부재에 있어서, 상기 소결 구리 합금의 조성이 Sn : 1 내지 15중량%, Ni-B 화합물 : 1 내지 20중량%, Pb : 1 내지 30중량%, 흑연 : 0.5 내지 8중량%, P : 1중량% 이하, 그리고 Cu 및 불순물이 잔부를 이루도록 되어 있는 슬라이딩 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 Ni-B 화합물을 B : 7 내지 15중량%와, Ni 및 불순물이 잔부를 이루도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소결된 구리 합금층이 결합된 강이금의 적어도 한 표면에 구리 또는 구리 합금층을 미리 도금처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재.
