Claims (12)
- 서로 결합되며 일체로 형성된 1개 또는 그 이상의 표면층과 1개 또는 그 이상의 중심층을 포함하며, 상기 중심층이 융해취입에 의해 형성된 비연속적인 열가소성 섬유로 구성되고, 중심층 섬유가 소수성이며, 상기 표면층이 융해취입에 의해 형성된 비연속적인 열가소성 섬유로 구성되고, 표면층 섬유가 그 위에 계면활성제를 도입함으로써 형성중 친수성이 되는 부직, 융해 취입 웨브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중심층 섬유가 표면층 섬유가 단일 중합체로부터 생산되는 웨브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중합체가 폴리프로필렌인 웨브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 섬유의 직경이 평균 1.5 내지 7.5 미크론인 웨브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 4개의 중심층과, 그 각 측부 상에 2개의 표면층을 가지며, 평방야드당 0.75 내지 1.5 온스의 전체 기초중량을 가지며, 모든 층들이 거의 같은 기초 중량을 갖는 웨브.
- a) 수집 표면상으로 1개 또는 그 이상의 비연속적 열가소성 섬유의 제1표면층을 융해 취입에 의해 연속적으로 적층하고, 제1표면층 섬유가 친수성 표면층이 되게 형성됨에 따라 제1표면층 섬유에 계면활성제를 가하며, b) 제1표면층 정부상에 비연속적, 열가소성 섬유의 1개 또는 그 이상의 중심층을 융해취입에 의해 연속적으로 적층하고, 중심층 섬유가 자연히 소수성이 되게 하며, c) 제1중심층의 정부상에 비연속적, 열가소성 섬유의 1개 또는 그 이상의 제2표면층을 융해 취입에 의해 연속적으로 적층하고, 제2표면층 섬유가 제2친수성 표면이 되게 형성됨에 따라 제2표면층 섬유에 계면활성제를 가하는 것을 포함하는 1개 또는 그 이상의 젖을 수 있을 표면층과 1개 또는 그이상의 젖지 않은 중심층을 갖는 다층 부직 웨브의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 비이온계면활성제이고 형성후 수집표면과 중심층 위에 적층되기 전에 섬유상에 분무함으로써 제1 및 제2표면층에 가해지는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 계면활성제의 1% 용액이 분당 0.9 내지 0.35 갈톤의 비율로 가해지는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2표면층 섬유와 중심층 섬유가 모두 단일 중합체로부터 생산되는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 중합체가 폴리프로필렌인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2표면층 섬유와 중심층이 a) 과산화물 전감성제가 폴리프로필렌 수지에 가해진다. b) 처리량이 2.5 내지 5.5 pih이다. c) 입력으로부터 출력까지 온도대역으로 나누어진 압출기 배럴을 통한 압출용 배럴내 과산화물 전감성제와 중합체의 혼합을 촉진시키기 위해 중합체의 온도가 수개의 대역에 대한 그 융점이 이하로 유지된다. d) 압출기 배럴내 압력이 중합체와 과산화물 전감성제의 혼합을 촉진시키기 위해 500psi 이상으로 유지된다. e) 1차 공기 유량이 1600 내지 2000 scfm이다. f) 형성거리가 10 내지 14인치이다.는 한정요소를 융해 취입 공정에 의해 형성되는 방법.
- 제6항의 방법에 의해 형성되는 부직웨브.
