Abstract
본 발명은 허니컴 코어와, 상부에 접착된 폴리비닐 플루오라이드 화장층(24)가 있는 열가소성 수지 표면을 갖는 패널(26)을 상기 수지의 연화 온도로 예열하고 가열시킨 열가소성 수지 표면을 예열된 상부층과 일치되도록 배치한후, 압축기(16)에서 이들을 함께 압축시켜 성형하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 판넬의 성형 및 화장법을 도시한 개략도이다. 제2도는 아라미드지 허니컴 코어의 압축 강도에 대한 파손을 온도와 시간의 함수로 나타낸 그래프이다. 제3도는 아라미드지 허니컴 코어와 코어에 접착된 수지 표면과의 온도 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다. 제4도는 본 발명에 의해 제조된 만곡형 성형물의 단면을 부분적으로 도시한 개략도이다. 제5도는 실시예 4에서 사용된 암형 금형(female mold)의 사시도이다, 제5a도는 제5도에 도시한 5a-5a선을 따라 절취한 단면도이다.
Claims (12)
- 코어부재 및 코어 부재의 적어도 한쪽면에 접착된 섬유 보강 열가소성 수지판재 표면으로 이루어진 패널을 구조 부품으로 성형하는 방법에 있어서, 이 방법이 코어의 온도를 약 95℃ 내지 약 335℃로 유지하면서 상기 표면을 약 150℃ 내지 약 400℃에서 약30초 내지 약 240초간 가열하고, 가열된 패널을 구조 부품 모양의 금형속에 위치시키고, 이 패널을 금형속에서 압축하여 구조 부품으로 성형하고, 이 구조 부품을 냉각시키는 것으로 이루어지는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열된 패널을 상기 금형속에 위치시키기 전에 금형을 약 75℃ 내지 약 150℃로 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 보강 열가소성 수지가 유리 섬유로 보강된 폴리에테르케톤케톤이고, 상기 코어가 아라미드지의 허니컴 구조체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 보강 열가소성 수지가 탄소 섬유로 보강된 폴리에테르케톤케톤이고, 상기 코어가 아라미드지의 허니컴 구조체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 보강 열가소성 수지가 아라미드 섬유로 보강된 폴리에테르케톤케톤이고, 상기 코어가 아라미드지의 허니컴 구조체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 코어 부재가 아라미드지의 허니컴 구조체이고, 이 허니컴 구조체가 발포체로 연부 마감처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면이 80초 이내에 260℃로 가열되고, 상기 코어의 온도가 195℃ 이하로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면이 80초 이내에 300℃로 가열되고, 상기 코어의 온도가 220℃ 이하로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 폴리비닐 플루오라이드 필름을 패널의 코어 부재에 접착된 열가소성 수지 표면에 접착시키는 방법에 있어서, 이 방법이 패널의 열가소성 표면을 약 150℃ 내지 약 400℃의 온도로 가열하고, 폴리비닐 플루오라이드 필름 판을 별개의 가열 단계에서 약 75℃ 내지 약 150℃의 온도로 가열하고, 패널의 가열된 표면을 가열된 폴리비닐 플루오라이드 필름 판과 일치되도록 배치하고, 패널과 필름을 함께 압축하여 적층 구조체를 형성하고, 이 구조체를 냉각시키는 것으로 이루어지는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 가열된 패널과 가열된 필름을 약 3.40atm(50psi) 내지 약 6.12atm(90psi)의 압력에서 압축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 허니컴 코어, 허니컴 코어의 한쪽 표면에 부착된 섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 표면판, 및 그 위에 접착된 폴리비닐 플루오라이드 화장층으로 이루어지는 것이 특징인 복합 구조체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 화장층의 박리 강도가 0.02atm(0.31b/in3) 내지 0.48atm(71b/in3)인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 구조체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
