Abstract

본 발명은 코어 부재와 열가소성 수지 표면재로 이루어진 패널을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 코어 부재는 발포체 또는 아라미드지로된 벌집 구조체이다. 벨드 프레스기는 코어가 열화되지 않도록 신속한 가열 및 냉각을 위한 수단을 제공한다. 처리 공정이 신속하기 때문에 아라미드 수지는 성형하는 동안 패널을 가열하는데 사용되는 온도하에서, 섬유의 부적절한 분해없이 수지 표면재를 보강시키는데 사용될 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 방법은 수행하기에 적합한 벨트 프레스와 개략측면도이다. 제2도는 배치식(batch mode) 조작의 개략측면도이다. 제3도는 벨트 프레스의 닙에 들어가는 벌집 코어와 표면재를 도시한 개략측면도이다.

Claims (31)

  1. 코어 부재 및 이 코어 부재의 적어도 한쪽 면에 접합되어 코어 부재의 표면재를 형성하는 섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 시트 재료로 이루어지고, 상기 열가소성 수지는 상기 표면재의 30 내지 약 65 중량%인, 596.8g/㎝(10 1b/3") 이상의 박리 강도를 갖는 패널.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어 부재가 아라미드지로된 벌집 구조체 형태인 패널.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 벌집 구조체는 연속 직립벽으로 형성된 다수의 인접셀이고, 상기 벽은 그의 각각의 단부가 상기 표면재와 접합하는 벌집 구조체의 표면적을 증가시키기 위해 갈고리 형태로 동일한 방향으로 접혀진 것인 패널.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 시트 재료가 아라미드 섬유로 보강된 것인 패널.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 시트 재료가 유리 섬유로 보강된 것인 패널.

  13. 코어의 열가소성 시트 재료를 정압하에서 2,3분 미만의 시간 동안 248.9℃(480℉) 내지 376.7℃(710℉)의 온도로 가열시키고, 상기 정압을 유지시키면서 상기 코어의 상기 시트 재료를 냉각시키는 것으로 이루어진, 열가소성 수지 재료의 섬유 보강 시트를 코어 부재의 적어도 한쪽 면에 접합시켜 접합 구조체를 형성하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 정압이 약 0.27 atm(약 4 psi) 내지 약 20.4 atm(약 300 psi)인 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 재료의 상기 얇은 시트가 섬유로 보강된 것인 방법.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 코어 부재가 벌집 구조체 형태인 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 벌집 구조체가 아라미드지로 이루어지고, 상기 열가소성 수지 재료가 폴리에테르케톤케톤으로 제조된 것인 방법.
  18. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 코어 부재가 발포체 재료인 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 발포체 재료가 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리메타크릴이미드, 폴리우레탄 및 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
  20. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 발포체로 트리밍된 벌집 구조체의 연부 형태인 방법.
  21. 코어와 열가소성 시트 재료를 2, 3분 미만의 체류 시간 동안 벨트 프레스를 통해 감합(嵌合) 표면 접합 상태로 통과시키고, 상기 코어와 열가소성 시트 재료를 상기 벨트 프레스에서 248.9℃(480℉) 내지 376.7℃(710℉)의 온도로 가열시키고, 상기 코어와 상기 시트 재료를 상기 벨트 프레스에서 정압을 유지시키면서 냉각시키는 것으로 이루어진, 코어 부재의 적어도 한쪽 면에 열가소성 수지 재료의 얇은 시트를 접합시켜 접합 구조체를 형성하는 방법.
