Description
Claims (30)
- 1.コアー部材及び、該コアー部材の少なくとも片側に接合されてそのための仕 上面を形成する繊維強化された熱可塑性樹脂シート材料を有して成るパネルであ って、熱可塑性樹脂が該仕上面の30〜約65重量%でありそしてパネルの剥離 強さが101bs./3′′サンプルより大きいパネル。
- 2.該コアー部材がアラミド紙のハネカム構造体の形である、請求の範囲1記載 のパネル。
- 3.該ハネカム構造体が連続的な直立した壁から形成された複数の隣合うセルで あり、そして該壁が各々の端で同じ方向にフック状構造で折り畳まれて、該仕上 面と接触する該ハネカム構造体の表面積を増す、請求の範囲2記載のパネル。
- 4.該熱可塑性樹脂シート材料がアラミド繊維によって強化されている、請求の 範囲1記載のパネル。
- 5.該熱可塑性樹脂シート材料がガラス繊維によって強化されている、請求の範 囲1記載のパネル。
- 6.該熱可塑性樹脂シート材料が炭素繊維によって強化されている、請求の範囲 1記載のパネル。

- 9.該熱可塑性樹脂材料がポリエーテルエーテルケトンである、請求の範囲1、 2、3、4、5または6記載のパネル。
- 10.該熱可塑性樹脂材料が複数の異なる熱可塑性樹脂を含有して成る、請求の 範囲1記載のパネル。
- 11.該コアー部材がフォームである、請求の範囲1記載のパネル。
- 12.該コアー部材がフォームによって端縁取りされたハネカム構造体である、 請求の範囲1記載のパネル。
- 13.コアー部材の少なくとも片側に熱可塑性樹脂材料の繊維強化されたシート を接合して、接合された構造体を形成するための方法であって、該コアー及び該 熱可塑性シート材料を正圧下で約480°F〜約710°Fの温度に2.3分未 満の時間加熱すること、並びに該正正を維持しながら該コアー及び該シート材料 を冷却することを有して成る方法。
- 14.該正圧が約4psi〜約300psiである、請求の範囲13記載の方法 。
- 15.熱可塑性樹脂材料の該薄いシートが繊維によって強化されている、請求の 範囲13記載の方法。
- 16.該コアー部材がハネカム構造体の形である、請求の範囲13記載の方法。
- 17.該ハネカム構造体がアラミド紙から作られていて、そして該熱可塑性樹脂 材料がポリエーテルケトンケトンである、請求の範囲16記載の方法。
- 18.該コアー部材がフォーム材料である、請求の範囲13記載の方法。
- 19.該フォーム材料がポリエーテルイミド、ポリメタクリルイミド、ポリウレ タン及びポリイソシアヌレートフォームから成る群から選ばれる、請求の範囲1 8記載の方法。
- 20.該コアーがフォームによって端縁取りされたハネカム構造体の形である、 請求の範囲13記載の方法。
- 21.コアー部材の少なくとも片側に熱可塑性樹脂材料の薄いシートを接合して 、接合された構造体を形成するための方法であって、合わせ面接触の該コアー及 び該熱可塑性樹脂シート材料を2.3分未満の滞留時間期間の間ベルトプレスを 通して動かすこと、該コアー及び該熱可塑性シート材料を該ベルトプレス中で約 480°F〜約710°Fの温度に加熱すること、並びに該正圧を維持しながら 該ベルトプレス中で該コアー及び該シート材料を冷却することを有して成る方法 。
- 22.該正正が約4psi〜約300psiである、請求の範囲21記載の方法 。
- 23.熱可塑性樹脂材料の該薄いシートが繊維によって強化されている、請求の 範囲21記載の方法。
- 24.該コアー部材がハネカム構造体の形である、請求の範囲21記載の方法。
