Claims (39)
- 섬유 강화 수지의 표면부 사이에 다공질 수지층으로 이루어진 코어부가 존재하고 복합 성형품의 전체가 일체로 제조되는 복합 성형품의 제조 방법에 있어서, 하기 단계들로 구성되는 복합 성형품의 제조 방법.(a) 경하성 액상 성형 수지와 평균 입자 크기가 0.01 내지 2mm인 경량 충진제 입자의 입자-함유 수지상 혼합물을 제조하는 혼합물 제조 단계, 여기서 경량성 충진제 입자는 경질 입자 및 압축성 입자의 혼합물임.(b) 강화용 섬유질 시이트/분리막/상기 단계 (a)의 수지 혼합물의 층/분리막/강화용 섬유질 시이트의 적층체를 제조하는 적층체 제조 단계.(c) 상기 적층체에 상하의 방향으로 가압 및 이완을 각각 1회 이상 실시하여, 수지상 혼합물 층내에 함유된 액상 성형 수지를 분리막을 통해 강화용 섬유질 시이트중에 침투시켜 상기 입자내 함유된 기포 외의 기포를 제거하는 함침단계, 및(d) (d-1) 가압 하에 또는 가압하지 않고 적층체를 가열하여 수지를 경화시켜 복합 성형품을 형성하는 단계, 또는(d-2) 가압 하에 또는 가압하지 않고 적층체를 가열하여 수지를 부분적으로 경화시켜 형태 보유성을 갖는 부분적으로 경화된 복합재를 형성하고, 그 다음 원하는 주형내에서 부분적으로 경화된 복합재의 경화를 완료하여 복합 성형품을 형성하는 단계.
- 다공질 수지층의 코어부가 섬유-강화수지로 이루어진 표층부 사이에 존재하고 복합 성형품 전체가 일체화된 복합 성형품의 제조방법에 있어서, 하기 단계들로 구성되는 복합 성형품의 제조 방법.(a) 경화성 액상 성형 수지와 평균 입자 크기가 0.01 내지 2mm인 경량 충진제 입자의 입자-함유 수지상 혼합물을 제조하는 혼합물 제조 단계, 여기서 경량성 충진제 입자는 경질 입자 및 압축성 입자의 혼합물임.(b) 강화용 섬유질 시이트/분리막/상기 단계 (a)의 수지 혼합물의 층/분리막/강화용 섬유질 시이트의 적층체를 제조하는 적층체 제조 단계.(c) 상기 적층체에 상하의 방향으로 가압 및 이완을 각각 1회 이상 실시하여, 수지상 혼합물 층내에 함유된 액상 성형 수지를 분리막을 통해 강하 섬유 시이트중에 침투시켜 상기 입자 중의 기포 외의 기포를 제거하는 함침 단계, 및(d) 미리 결정된 온도로 가열된 주형내에서 적층체를 가열함으로써 경화성 액상 성형 수지를 경화시키고 적층체를 성형하여 경화된 복합 성형품을 형성하는 경화 단계, 및(e) 주형을 열고 얻어진 복합 성형품을 꺼내는 단계.
- 제2항에 있어서, 경량 충진제 입자는 경화 조건하에 팽창하지 않는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 경량 충진제 입자는 0.03 내지 1mm의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 경량 충진제 입자는 0.02 내지 0.8의 비중을 갖는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 경량 충진제 입자는 경질 입자/압축성 입자 부피비가 95/5 내지 5/95인 경질 입자 및 압축성 입자의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 분리막이 액상 성형 수지는 통과하나 경량 충진제 입자는 통과하지 않는 구멍을 갖는 다공질 필름 또는 섬유질 시이트인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 마주보는 두개의 분리막의 가장자리부가 백 또는 엔벨로프의 형태로 서로 접착되어 경화성 액상 성형 수지 및 경량 충진제 입자의 혼합물이 그 안에 밀봉되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가요성 필름을 강화용 섬유질 시이트/분리막/단계 (a)에서 제조된 수지상 혼합물의 층/분리막/강화용 섬유질 시이트의 적층체의 하부 표면 또는 각각의 표면상에 배치한 다음 적층체를 가압 및 이완시켜 경화시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 강화재를 단계 (a)에서 제조된 수지상 혼합물의 층에 배치시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수지상 혼합물 제조 단계 (a) 및 적층체 제조 단계 (b)는 주형 외부에서 수행하고 함침 단계 (c) 및 경화단계 (d)는 주형 내에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수지상 혼합물 제조 단계 (a), 적층체 제조 단계 (b) 및 함침 단계 (c)는 주형 외부에서 수행하고 경화 단계 (d)는 주형내에서 수행하는 방법.
- 다공질 수지 층의 코어부가 섬유-강화 수지로 이루어진 표층부 사이에 존재하고 전체 복합 성형품이 일체화된 복합 성형품의 제조 방법에 있어서, 하기 단계들을 포함하는 복합 성형품의 제조 방법.(a) 경화성 액상 성형 수지와 평균 입자 크기가 0.01 내지 2mm인 경량 충진제 입자의 입자-함유 혼합물을 제조하는 혼합물 제조 단계, 여기서 경량성 충진제 입자는 경질 입자 및 압축성 입자의 혼합물임.(b) 강화용 섬유질 시이트/분리막/상기 단계 (a)의 수지 혼합물의 층/분리막/강화 섬유 시이트의 적층체를 연속적으로 제조하기 위해 두 분리막이 두 강화 섬유질 시이트 사이에 배치되고 상기 단계 (a)에서 제조된 혼합물을 두 분리막 사이의 공간에 연속적으로 공급도도록 두 분리막 및 두 강화용 섬유질 시이트를 연속적으로 제공하는 적층체 제조 단계.(c) 상기 적층체에 상하의 방향으로 가압 및 이완을 각각 1회 이상 실시하여, 수지상 혼합물 층내에 함유된 경화성 액상 성형 수지를 분리막을 통해 강화 섬유 시이트 중에 침투시켜 상기 입자 내에 함유된 기포 외의 기포를 제거하는 함침 단계, 및(d) 가압하에 또는 가압없이 적층체를 가열하여 수지를 경화시켜 복합 성형품을 형성하는 적층체 가열 경화 단계.
- 제13항에 있어서, 경량 충진제 입자는 경화 조건하에 팽창하지 않는 방법.

- 제27항에 있어서, 경량 충진제 입자는 경화 조건하에 팽창하지 않는 무기입자인 방법.
