Abstract

본 발명은, 50 내지 400℃ 및 1 내지 400bar에서, 수소 및 수소화 촉매의 존재하에, 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 테트라히드로피란카르복실산 에스테르를 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 4-히드록시메틸테트라히드로피란의 제조방법에 관한 것이다:
상기 식에서, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 수소, C1-C12-알킬, C3-C8-시클로알킬, 아릴 또는 C7-C20-아랄킬이고, R5는 수소 또는 C1-C12-알킬이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 50 내지 400℃ 및 1 내지 400bar에서, 수소 및 수소화 촉매의 존재하에, 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 테트라히드로피란카르복실산 에스테르를 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 4-히드록시메틸테트라히드로피란의 제조방법:
    상기 식에서, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 수소, C1-C12-알킬, C3-C8-시클로알킬, 아릴 또는 C7-C20-아랄킬이고, R5는 수소 또는 C1-C12-알킬이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 수소화 촉매가 구리, 및/또는 원소주기율표의 아족 Ⅶ 및/또는 Ⅷ으로부터의 하나 이상의 금속원소를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 액체상으로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
