Abstract

좌우의 후륜에 각각에 독립하여 조작가능한 전동클러치를 갖춘 4륜 구동형 작업차에 있어서, 주행변속장치로부터의 전륜용의 동력은 전륜차동기어기구를 통하여 좌우의 전륜에 전달하고, 주변변속장치로부터의 후륜용의 동력은 좌우 1쌍의 전동클러치를 통하여 좌우의 후륜에 각각 전달된다.
방향전환을 위하여 직진위치로부터 전륜을 설정각도 이상으로 조향조작하면, 이 조작에 연동하여 선회바깥쪽의 후륜에 대응하는 후륜전동클러치는 동력전달상태 그대로인데 대하여, 선회안쪽의 후륜에 대응하는 후륜전동 클러치가 전동차단조작된다. 이에 의하여 선회반경이 가장 작아지는 선회안쪽의 후륜이 자유회전상태가 되어, 후륜용의 차동장치없이도 원활이 기체의 방향변경 및 소회전선회를 행할 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 4륜 구동형 작업차에 있어서의 전륜에의 전동계 및 후륜에의 전동계를 도시한 개략도.
제2도는 후륜용의 좌우의 사이드 클러치 등을 도시한 종단배면도.
제3도는 전륜변속장치를 도시한 종단측면도.
제4도는 후륜용의 좌우의 사이드 클러치, 전륜변속장치의 클러치, 조종핸들 및 브레이크 페달과 유압제어부와의 연계를 도시한 블럭도.

Claims (4)

  1. 엔진(3); 전륜(1)과 후륜(2); 상기 전륜을 조향하는 전륜조향수단(21); 상기 전륜을 위한 전륜차동장치(27); 상기 엔진으로부터의 동력을 변속하여 상기 전륜차동장치와 상기 후륜에 전달하는 변속장치(13); 상기 변속장치로부터 상기 우측후륜에의 동력전달을 제어하는 제1클러치(16); 상기 변속장치로부터 상기 좌측후륜에의 동력전달을 제어하는 제2클러치(15)로 구성된 4륜 구동형 작업차에 있어서, 상기 제1·제2클러치를 조작하는 클러치 제어수단(100)은 상기 전륜조향수단과 연계되어 있고, 상기 전륜이 제1설정조향각 이상으로 조향된 경우에는, 선회안쪽의 후륜에 대응하는 클러치(16 또는 15)를 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 4륜 구동형 작업차.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변속장치는 상기 전륜과 후륜이 대략 같은 속도로 구동되는 제1모드와, 상기 전륜이 후륜보다 고속으로 구동되는 제2모드를 선택적으로 만들어내는 전륜변속장치(25)를 갖추고 있고, 또한 상기 전륜이 제2설정조향각 이상으로 조작된 경우에는 상기 전륜변속장치를 제1모드로 부터 제2모드로 전환하는 전륜속도제어수단(100)이 갖추어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 4륜 구동형 작업차.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1설정조향각은 10도∼20도이고, 상기 제2설정조향각은 약 40도인 것을 특징으로 하는 4륜 구동형 작업차.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전륜변속장치는 제2모드에 있어서 전륜이 후륜의 대략 2배의 속도로 구동되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 4륜 구동형 작업차.
