Claims (4)
- 열처리공정으로 프리스트레스 콘크리용 강봉 또는 강선을 제도하는 경우의 당해 강봉 또는 강선의 소재기본성분이 C : 0.10∼0.40, Si : 0.15∼2.0, Mn : 0.6∼2.0, Ni : 0.08∼0.35중량% 함유하고, 잔여부가 철 및 불가피불순물로 이루어지고, 또한 상기 Si 함유량의 감소와 함유량의 증대를 대응시켜서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 용접작업성이 개선된 프리스트레스콘크리트용 강봉 또는강선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리공정이란(a) 소재강봉 또는 강선을 연속적으로 주행시키면서, 제1의 급속가열과 제1의 급냉에 의한 담금질, 및 당해 담금질에계속되는 소정온도까지의 제2의 급속가열과 제2의 급냉을 실시하는 것을 내용으로 하는 공지의 열처리 공정과, (b) 소재강봉 또는 강선을 연속적으로 주행시키면서, 제1의 급속가열과 제1의 급냉에 의한 담금질, 및 당해 담금질에 계속되는 소정온도까지의 제2의 급속가열을 실시한 온도상태하에서 2% 이하의 구부림 변형을 부가한 후에 제2의 급냉을 실시하는 것을 내용으로하는 공지된 열처리공정의 어느것인가 인용접작업성이 개선된 프리스트레스콘크리트용 강봉 또는 강선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소재기본성분에, 또 Ti : 0.01∼0.05와 B : 0.0005∼0.005의 각 중량%를 첨가하고, 잔여부가 철 및 불가피불순물로 이루어지고, 또한 상기 Si 함유량의 감소와 Mo 함유량이 증대를 대응시키도록한 성분으로 이루어지는 용접작업성이 개선된 프리스트레스콘크리트용강봉 또는 강선.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 소재기본성분의 Si와 Mo과의 사이의 함유량이 중량%로 ; [Si] - 2 [Mo]<1.3의 관계로한 용접작업성이 개선된 프리스트레스콘크리트용강봉 또는 강선.
