Abstract

이형성, 윤활성, 내열성 및 평면성이 우수한 도포층을 갖는 폴리에스테르 필름을 제공한다.
적층 폴리에스테르 필름을 폴리에스테르 필름의 적어도 한면상에 하기 일반식(1) 및 (2)의 구조적 단위체를 포함하는 실란 또는 그의 가수분해생성물로 구성되고 또 실옥산 부분의 80중량%의 이상이 디메틸실옥산인 폴리실옥산-폴리비닐 그라프트 공중합체를 함유하는 수용액 또는 분산액을 도포한 후 연신 및 건조시켜 제조한다.

상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 서로 독립해서 Si원자에 직접 연결된 탄소 원자를 갖고 리디칼 중합성이 없는 비치환되거나 치환된 탄화수소기이고, n은 1 또는 2이고, n이 2이면 R1들은 상이하고, m은 0또는 1이고, A는 Si원자에 직접 결합된 원소를 갖고 또 B기에도 연결되는 2가의 유기기이며, B는 방향족 비닐 단량체, 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산의 알킬 에스테르로부터 선정되는 적어도 1종을 그라프트 중합시켜 수득하는 비닐 공중합체 블록임.

Claims (4)

  1. 폴리에스테르 필름의 적어도 한면상에 하기 일반식(1) 및 (2) 의 구조적 단위체를 포함하는 실란 또는 그의 가수분해생성물로 구성되고 또 실옥산 부분의 80중량%의 이상이 디메틸실옥산인 폴리실옥산-폴리비닐 그라프트 공중합체를 함유하는 수용액 또는 분산액을 도포한 한후 연신 및 건조시켜 제조한 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.

    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 서로 독립해서 Si원자에 직접 연결된 탄소 원자를 갖고 리디칼 중합성이 없는 비치환되거나 치환된 탄화수소기이고, n은 1또는 2이고, n이 2이면 R1들은 상이하고, m은 0 또는 1이고, A는 Si원자에 직접 결합된 원소를 갖고 또 B기에도 연결되는 2가의 유기기이며, B는 방향족 비닐 단량체, 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산의 알킬 에스테르로부터 선정되는 적어도 1종을 그라프트 중합시켜 수득하는 비닐 공중합체 블록임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 그라프트 공중합체의 실옥산 부분의 80중량% 이상이 디메틸실 옥산인 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 실옥산 부분 및 비닐 중합체 부분이 중량비가 100 : 5 내지 2000인 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 도포층의 두께가 0.005 내지 3㎛인 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
