Claims (5)
- 유리판(52)을 원하는 형태로 구부리기 위한 장치에 있어서, 편평한 제 1 접촉면을 갖는 강성의 제 1 부분(55)과, 상기 제 1 부분에서 떨어져 있는 제 1 위치와 이 제 1 위치보다는 제 1 부분에 가까운 제 2 위치 사이에서 관절운동 축 주위로 제 1 부분에 대해 상대 운동하도록 장착되고, 제 2 접촉면을 가지며, 상기 제 2 접촉면의 상기 제 1 부분에 인접 배치되는 부분은 유리창의 소망 최종 곡선을 따라 구부러지는, 강성의 선회부분(56, 57)과, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 접촉면에 대하여 유리판을 유지시키는 수단(66, 67, 68)과,상기 선회부분(56, 57)을 제 1 부분(55)에 대해 이동시키느 이송 수단(64, 65)과, 상기 선회 부분의 운동중에 상기 관절 운동축을 유리판(52)의 소정 곡률에 대응하는 형상의 소정의 곡선로를 따라 유리판에 대해 일정하게 위치 이동시키며, 유리판의 제 1 및 제 2 부분에 대해 미끄러지지 않고 구부러지도록, 선회부분의 운동중에 선회부분의 제 2 접촉면의 만곡부분이 유리판이 표면상에서 미끄러지지 않고 구르는 것을 안내하는 안내수단을 포함한는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판 만곡 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 안내수단은 곡선로 형상의 곡선 슬롯을 갖는 안내-링크 판(21, 22)을 포함하고, 이 곡선 슬롯에는 상기 관절 운동축이 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판 만곡 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 부분(55)과 선회부분(56, 57)을 지지하는 지지 프레임을 부가로 포함하고, 상기 안내수단은 접합점(70, 71, 72, 73)에서 상기 지지 프레임과 선회부분에 관절 접합되는 두개의 크랭크 부재(60, 61)를 구비하며, 상기 접합점은 선회부분의 운동중에 유리판(52)의 표면상에 선회부분의 만곡부분이 상대적인 미끄러짐이 없이 구르도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판 만곡 장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 안내 수단은 유리판(52)에 판의 표면 방향으로 무시할 만한 인장력이 가해지도록 선회부분의 안내하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판 만곡장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 부분(55)는 제 1 흡인판을 구비하고 상기 선회 부분(56, 57)은 제 2 흡인판을 구비하며, 유리판(52)을 상기 제 1 및 제 2 접촉면에 대해 유지시키는 수단(66)은 사이 제 1 및 선회부분에 부분 진공상태를 형성하기 위한 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판 만곡 장치.
