Claims (6)
- 행 및 열전극을 갖는 액티브매트릭스형 액정표시장치의 구동방법에 있어서, 상기 구동 방법은, 열전극에 대한 한 라인용 데이터를 기입하기 위한 게이트-온 펄스를 행전극의 각각에 인가하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 게이트-온 펄스는 1수평주기 동안 적어도 하나의 오목부를 포함하는 펄스파형을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 행 및 열전극을 갖는 액티브매트릭스형 액정표시장치의 구동방법에 있어서, 상기 구동 방법은, 열전극에 대한 1라인용 데이터를 기입하기 위한 게이트-온 펄스를 행전극의 각각에 인가하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 게이트-온 펄스는 한 수평주기시 제1레벨과 제2레벨사이에서 적어도 2번 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 수평주기는 그 순서대로 제1주기, 제2주기 및 제3주기의 3주기를 포함하며, 상기 게이트-온 펄스는 제1주기동안 제1레벨에, 제2주기동안 제2레벨에, 제3주기동안 제1레벨에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 행 및 열전극을 갖는 액티브매트릭스형 액정표시장치의 구동장치에 있어서, 상기 구동 장치는, 열전극에 대한 1라인용 데이터를 기입하기 위한 게이트-온 펄스를 행전극의 각각에 인가하기 위한 수단을 포함하며, 상기 게이트-온 펄스는 1수평주기 동안 적어도 하나의 오목부를 포함하는 펄스파형을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
