Claims (54)

  1. 홍역 바이러스 백신과 종자 바이러스에서 하기 시퀀스의 15894개의 뉴클레오티드로 이루어진 전체 바이러스 게놈 RNA으로 이루어진 특정 뉴클레오티드 시퀀스를 포함하는 홍역백신 바이러스 균주
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 돌연변이 시퀀스 또는 손상된 시퀀스의 부분적인 첨가를 가지는 뉴클레오티드 시퀀스로 이루어진 바이러스 게놈 RNA로 구성되는 홍역 백신 바이러스.
  3. 홍역 백신 바이러스 균주의 게놈 RNA 중에서 제1항에 의한 15894개의 뉴클레오티드로 이루어진 특정 뉴클레오티드 시퀀스를 탐지하는 것으로 이루어진 홍역 백신 바이러스 균주에 대한 완벽한 동정 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 완벽한 동정 방법은 노던 블릇 테크닉과 폴리머레이즈 체인 반응 방법으로 바이러스 게놈 RNA의 뉴클레오티드 시퀀스의 부분을 검출하는 것이 특징인 동정 방법.
