Claims (3)
- 2개의 절삭 공구대를 갖는 4축 선반용 NC프로그램을 편집하는 방법에 있어서, 각 절삭 공구대에서의 가공 순서 및 가공 종류를 결정함으로써, 가공 공정을 정의하는 가공정의 스텝과; 정의된 공정을 절삭 공구대 별로 소정의 NC데이터와 함께 표시하는 공정 표시의 스텝과; 양 절삭 공구대에서 동시 가공 가능한 가공 종류의 가공 순서를 재설정하는 스텝과; 상기 가공정의에서의 가공 속도를 변경하는 스텝을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 4축 선반용 NC프로그램 편집 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가공 속도의 변경, 또는 가공 순서의 재설정을 MDI/CRT의 소프트 키이에 의하여 행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 4축 선반용 NC프로그램 편집 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재설정된 가공 순서에 의한 2개의 절삭 공구대에서의 NC프로그램에 대하여 절삭 공구대마다 대기용의 보조 기능 코우드를 삽입하도록 하였음을 특징으로 하는 4축 선반용 NC프로그램 편집 방법.
