Description
Claims (13)
- 기판, 상기 기판상에 형성된 강자성 금속박막 및 상기 강자성 금속박막상에 형성된 보호막을 포함하고, 상기 강자성 금속박막과 상기 보호막의 계면은 상기 강자성 금속박막을 구성하는 원소의 반응생성물과 상기 보호막을 구성하는 원소의 반응생성물만이 존재하고, 다른 물질에 의해서 오염되지 않으며, 상기 보호막은 원소 Si, 원소 Ge, 원소 B, Si,Ge 또는 B를 주성분으로 하는 합금 또는 B4Si,B6Si,B4C와 B4Si의 혼합물로 구성되는 군중에서 선택된 화합물 B로 이루어지는 자기 기록 매체.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강자성 금속박막은 Co-Cr합금으로 이루어진 자기 기록 매체.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 또 상기 보호막상의 유기재료로 이루어진 윤활제층을 포함하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호막은 비정질재료로 이루어진 자기 기록 매체.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호막은 0.003~0.3㎛의 범위내의 두께를 갖는 자기 기록 매체.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호막은 0.01~0.15㎛의 범위내의 두께를 갖는 자기 기록 매체.
- 기판, 상기 기판상에 형성된 강자성 금속박막, 상기 강자성 금속박막 위에 형성된 보호막을 포함하고, 상기 강자성 금속박막과 상기 보호막의 계면은 상기 강자성 금속박막을 구성하는 원소의 반응생성물과 상기 보호막을 구성하는 원소의 반응생성물만이 존재하고, 다른 물질에 의해서는 오염되지 않으며, 상기 보호막은 Si,Ge, 또는 B, Si,Ge 또는 B의 화합물 또는 Si,Ge 또는 B를 주성분으로 하는 합금으로 이루어진 제1층과 Sn,Pb,In,Se,Te,Cu,Ag 또는 Au,Sn을 주성분으로 하는 합금, Pb를 주성분으로 하는 합금, In을 주성분으로 하는 합금, Se를 주성분으로 하는 합금, Te를 주성분으로 하는 합금, Cu를 주성분으로 하는 합금, Ag를 주성분으로 하는 합금 또는 Au를 주성분으로 하는 합금으로 이루어진 제2층을 갖는 2층을 포함하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 특허청구의 범위 제7항에 있어서, 상기 보호막은 0.003~0.5㎛의 범위내의 두께를 갖는 자기 기록 매체.
- 특허청구의 범위 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1층은 상기 제2층의 두께보다 1.5~5배 두꺼운 두께를 갖는 자기 기록 매체.
- 특허청구의 범위 제7항에 있어서, 상기 보호막은 0.01~0.2㎛의 범위내의 두께를 갖는 자기 기록 매체.
- 특허청구의 범위 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1층은 상기 제2층의 두께보다 1.5~5배 두꺼운 두께를 갖는 자기 기록 매체.
- 특허청구의 범위 제7항에 있어서, 상기 강자성 금속박막은 Co-Cr합금으로 이루어진 자기 기록 매체.
- 특허청구의 범위 제7항에 있어서, 또 상기 보호막상의 유기재료로 되는 윤활제층을 포함하는 자기 기록 매체.
