Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 폴리에틸렌 섬유로부터 제조된 직포를 플라즈마 엣칭 처리하고, 여기에 실란 커플링제를 도포시킨 다음, 에폭시 수지에 함침시킴을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 섬유/에폭시 수지 복합재의 접착력 증진 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 섬유가 고 강력 폴리에틸렌 섬유인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실란 커플링제가 γ-메타크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란, γ-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, 비닐트리아세톡시실란 및 3-(N-스티릴메틸-2-아미노에틸아미노)프로필트리메톡시실란으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실란 커플링제를 0.05 내지 10중량%의 농도로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라즈마 엣칭 처리를 1 내지 30분간 수행하는 방법.
