Abstract

복합파이프(1,1′)를 함께 용접하기 위서는 용접링(13)이 사용되며 용접링(13)은 환상의 링(4)의 측벽부분(7,8)을 누르게 된다.용접링(13)은 열가소성 재료로 이루어지며 전기저항가열(19)이 준비된다.
용접전 파이프(1,1′)의 전벽(10,10′)사이에는 환상의 틈(23)이 있으며 이 환상의 틈(23)에 체적 보상홈(24)가 용접링(13)에 연합된다.
내부 파이프(2)의 바깥쪽 구역에서 파이프(1,1′)의 결합은 서로 눌러주는 전벽(10,10′)는 용접되지 않는 방식으로 용접링(13)의 적어도 부분용접에 의해 이루어진다.

제2도는 용접전의 도해로서 제1도에 의한 파이프의 부분도해를 나타내며, 제3도는 제1도와 2도를 개조한 용접링(Ring)을 사용하는 또 다른 하나의 용접되는 두 복합 파이프가 있는 제1도로부터의 부분도해를 나타내며, 제4도는 용접링과 한몸인 소켈이 사용되는 용접을 위해 또다른 하나와 용접되는 두 복합파이프의 부분도해를 나타내며 그리고, 제5도는 제3도와 4도의 도해와 같은 형태의 또다른 하나와 용접되는 두 리브드(ribbed)파이프의 부분도해를 나타낸다.

Claims (12)

  1. 전벽(10,10′;35,35′)을 포함한 내부 파이프(2;31)와 측벽부분(7,8;33,34)에 의해 규정되는 내부 파이프(2;31)로부터 방사형의 바깥쪽으로 향한 돌출하는 환상의 링(4)과 방사형 리브(32)를 구성하면서 다음의 방법단계 즉, 파이프(1;30)는 전벽(10;35)을 넘어서 돌출하는 소켓(11;29)을 가지고 있으며 열가소성 플라스틱으로 구성되고 전기저항가열이 있는 용접량(13;13′;28;36)이 전벽(10,10′;35,35′)을 구성하는 안쪽 파이프의 부분(14;31)으로 밀어서 끼워지며 두 파이프(1,1′;30,30′)는 소켓(11;29)에서 서로를 향한 방향으로 일직선 정렬되게 밀어져서 끼워지며 용접링(13;13′;28;36)은 적어도 전류를 가지고 전기 저항가열에 의해 인접한 환상의 링(4)과 방사형 리브(32)를 마주하는 면(17,18;39,40)의 구역에서 용융되며, 파이프(1,1′;30,30′)는 전벽(10,10′;35,35′)이 서로를 누르게 될 때까지 용접링(13;13′;28;36)의 변형동안에 서로를 향한 방향으로 압력을 받으며, 전류가 꺼지고 용접링 (13;13′;28;26)의 면(17,18;39,40)은 환상의 링(4)과 방사형 리브(32)의 측벽부분(7,8;33,34)과 함께 냉각되므로서 결합이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 플라스틱으로 이루어진 두 파이프(1,1′;30;30′)를 함께 용접하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 소켈(11)으로부터 분리되는 용접링(13,13;36)이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 소켈(29)과 함께 하나의 몸으로 이루어진 용접링(28)이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 면(17;18;39,40)과 외측면(15;37)에 인접하여 전기저항, 가열을 포함하는 용접링(13;13′;36)이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 용접링(13;13′;28;36)이 각각의 전벽(10,10′;35,35′)에 인접한 환상의 링(4)과 방사형리브(32)의 측벽부분(7,8;33,34)을 누르고 있을때 그리고 용접링(13;13′;28,36)의 용융전에는 환상의 틈(23)이 전벽(10,10′;35,35′) 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 체적보상홈(24)가 있는 용접링(13;13′;28;36)이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 용접링(13;13′;28;36)의 내측면(16;38)에 체적 보상홈(24)가 형성되고 체적보상홈(24)는 환상의 틈(23)과 함께 형성되는 용접링(13;13′;28;36)이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 서로 누르게 되는 전벽(10,10′;35,35′)과 함께 있게되는 여분의 보상홈(25)가 용접후에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 내부파이프(2;31)의 외경(da;da′)과 거의 유사한 내경을 가진 용접링(13;13′;28;36)이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 길이 방향 중심축(9)을 향한 측벽부분을(7,8;33,34)의 경사와 일치하는 파이프(1,1′;30,30′)의 길이방향 중심축의 경사가 있는 면(17,18;39,40)을 가지는 용접링(13;13′;28;36)이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제2항에 있어서, 파이프(1,1′;30,30′)의 외경(Da;D′a)과 거의 유사한 외경을 가진 용접링(13;13′;36)이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 파이프(1,1′;30,30′)의 외경(Da;D′a)과 거의 유사한 외경을 가진 소켈(11;29)가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
