Description
Claims (4)
- 보온로에 저류된 용탕을 가열원에 의해 가열해서 일정온도로 보존하고, 보온로내의 용탕을 내화물제의 게이트를 통해 주형내에 도입하고, 주조공간을 수평 방향으로 통과시켜서 주괴를 주조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수평 연속주조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 게이트가 흑연 또는 세라믹스로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수평연속주조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 게이트공 또는 슬릿을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수평연속주조 방법.
- 용탕을 저류하는 보온로와 이 보온로에 저류된 용탕을 가열하는 가열원과, 상기 보온로로부터 용탕을 도입해서 주조공간을 수평방향으로 통과시켜서 주괴를 주조하도록 상기 보온로의 측면에 접속하는 주형과, 이 주형의 용탕입구측에 설치된 내화물제의 게이트를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 수평연속 주조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
