Claims (6)
- 엔진의 부하를 검출하는 부하 센서(85)와, 상기 엔진의 출력축에 접속되는 마찰클러치(15)와, 이 마찰클러치(15)를 조작하는 클러치 작동기(33)와, 상기 마찰클러치(15)의 위치를 검출하는 클러치 행정 센서(35)와, 상기 마찰클러치(15)에 입력축이 접속된 평행축식 치차변속기(17)와, 이 평행축식 치차변속기(17)의 변속 위치를 절환하는 변속 위치 절환 수단(65)과, 차량의 운전상태 검출 수단(27, 35, 41, 75, 79, 87b)과 운전 차량 수단(103, 105)에서의 신호에 따라 상기 변속 위치 절환 수단(65)을 동작시킴과 동시에 상기 변속 위치와 운전상태 검출 수단으로부터 발진제어 개시를 판단하면 상기 클러치 작동기(33)를 작동시켜서 상기 마찰 클러치(15)를 반클러치 직전의 대기 위치로 이동시키고 상기 부하 센서(85)에 의한 부하가 증대되었음을 검출하면 상기 마찰 클러치(15)를 반클러치로 하는 제어 수단(71)을 구비한 차량용 자동 변속 장치에 있어서, 상기 운전 지령 수단(103)이 언덕길 발진을 지령하면 상기 변속 위치 절환 수단(65)이 상기 평행축식 치차 변속기(17)를 발진 변속 위치로 하고, 또한 상기 제어 수단(71)은 차량의 휘일 브레이크 장치(107)를 작동시킴과 동시에 마찰 클러치(15)를 반클러치 상태로 하고 마찰 클러치(15)의 걸어맞춤 위치로의 이동에 수반하여 엔진 회전수가 증가 상태로부터 저하 상태로 변화하면 상기 휘일 브레이크 장치(107)를 해제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단(71)은 엔진에 설치된 배기 브레이크 장치를 발진 제어 개시시에 작동하지 않는 상태로 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변속기 제어 수단은 운전 지령 수단(103, 105)으로부터 제1속 발진 지정에 의해 평행축식 치차 변속기(17)를 제1속으로 변속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 마찰 클러치(15)의 접속을 끊은 후, 운전상태 검출 수단에 의해 검출된 마찰 클러치(15)의 회전수가 설정치 이하로 되면 변속기 제어 수단은 평행축식 치차 변속기(17)를 제1속으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 변속기 제어 수단은 평행축식 치차 변속기(17)를 제2속으로 변속한 후에 제1속으로 변속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클러치 작동기(33)의 유체실을 고압유체원에 접속 가능한 평상시 폐쇄된 제1전자 밸브와, 임의의 시간비로 상기 유체실을 저압측에 접속 가능한 평상시 폐쇄된 제2전자 밸브와, 상기 유체실을 저압측으로 차단 가능한 평상시 개방된 전자 밸브를 포함하며, 상기 제어 수단(71)은 상기 클러치가 접속 방향을 향해 개시적으로 변위하도록 상기 각 전자 밸브를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속 장치.
