Claims (4)
- 절연막(4)과 배향막(5) 및 스페이서(7)등을 가지는 액정표시소자에 있어서, 상기 스페이서(7)는 러빙시 배향막(5) 및 절연막(4)으로부터 이탈되어지지 않도록 배양막(5)과 절연막(4)측으로 고착시킨 구성을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 액정표시소자의 제조방법에 있어서, 스페이서가 절연막측으로 고착되어질 수 있도록, 스페이서(7)를 유리기판에 산포한 후 절연 용액을 롤 프린터로 인쇄처리하고 다시 자외선 과열을 동시에 가하여 경화처리하며, 이후 배향막인 PI를 롤 프린터로 인쇄처리하는 일련의 공정을 포함한 방법을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서(7)를 절연용액에 미리 섞음하고 이후 롤 프린터로 인쇄 후 경화처리하는 일련의 공정을 포함한 방법을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 절연용액은 일반식이인 용매에 일반식이 SIO2-ZIO2-TIO2인 용질을 용해하여 생성된 용액으로 된 액정표시소자.
