Claims (13)
- 차량에 탑재된 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치에 있어서, 상기 엔진에 장착된 터보챠저의 회전축에 설치된 제1의 회전전기와, 상기 엔진의 배기계에 배설된 배기 터빈의 회전축에 설치된 제2의 회전전기와, 상기차량의 차축에 설치된 제3의 회전전기와, 상기 제1, 제2, 제3의 회전전기에 의하여 발전된 전력을 축전하는 바테리와, 상기 엔진의 회전수를 검출하는 수단과, 상기 엔진의 부하를 검출하는 수단과, 상기 엔진의 부스트압을 검출하는 수단 및, 상기한 각각의 검출수단에 의해 검출된 엔진의 회전수와, 부하, 및 부스트압에 따라, 상기 제1, 제2, 제3의 회전전기를 발전기 또는 전동기로서 구동제어하여, 발전기로서 작동되는 회전전기로부터 회수된 에너지를 바테리에 축전시키거나, 전동기로서 작동되는 회전전기에 구동력을 제공하도록 하는 제어장치를 포함하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는, 상기 엔진의 아이들링시에, 상기 제1의 회전전기를 발전기로서 구동제어하는 수단과, 상기 제2의 회전전기를 발전기로서 구동제어하는 수단과, 상기 제1 및 제2의 회전전기에 의하여 발전한 전력을 상기 바테리에 충전하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 회전전기를 발전기로서 구동제어하는 수단은, 터빈속도와 단열 팽창비의 관계에 따라 터보챠저의 터빈의 최적 효율로 작동되도록, 발전기 부하를 제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는, 엔진 브레이크시에, 상기 제1 및 제3의 회전전기를 발전기로서 구동제어하는 수단과, 상기 제2의 회전전기를 발전기로서 구동제어하는 수단과, 상기 제1, 제2 및 제3의 회전전기에 의하여 발전한 전력을 상기 바테리에 충전하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는, 상기 엔진의 중부하시에, 상기 바테리의 전력에 의하여 상기 제1의 회전전기를 전동기로서 구동제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제1의 회전전기를 전동기로서 구동제어하는 수단은, 부스트압에 따라서 제1의 회전전기에 공급하는 전력을 제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는, 상기 엔진의 고부하 저회전시에, 상기 바테리의 전력에 의하여 상기 제1의 회전전기를 전동기로서 구동제어하는 수단과, 상기 제2의 회전전기를 발전기로서 구동제어하는 수단과, 제2의 회전전기에 의하여 발전된 전력에 의하여 상기 제3의 회전전기를 전동기로서 구동제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 회전전기를 구동제어하는 수단은, 부스트압에 따라서 제1의 회전전기에 공급하는 전력을 제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는, 상기 엔진의 고부하 저회전시에, 부스트압이 소정치 이상인때, 상기 제2의 회전전기에 의하여 발전된 전력에 의하여 상기 제3의 회전전기를 전동기로서 구동제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 회전전기를 발전기로서 구동제어하는 수단은, 터빈속도와 단열 팽창비의 관계에 따라 배기터빈이 최적 효율로 작동되도록, 발전기 부하를 제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는, 상기 엔진의 저부하시에, 상기 제1의 회전전기를 발전기로서 구동제어하는 수단과, 상기 제2의 회전전기를 발전기로서 구동제어하는 수단과, 상기 제1 및 제2의 회전전기에 의하여 발전된 전력에 의하여 상기 제3의 회전전기를 전동기로서 구동제어 하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 회전전기를 발전기로서 구동제어하는 수단, 터빈속도와 단열 팽창비의 관계에 따라 터보챠저의 터빈이 최적 효율로 작동되도록 발전기 부하를 제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 회전전기를 발전기로서 구동제어하는 수단은, 터빈속도와 단열 팽창비의 관계에 따라 배기터빈이 최적효율로 작동되도록, 발전기 부하를 제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
