제1도는 본 발명의 다층 형상을 갖는 흡수 코어가 있는 기저귀의 사시도이다. 도시된 흡수 코어에는 직사각형의 수용/분산층 및 모래시계 형상의 저장층이 있다.
제2도는 제1도와 유사한 기저귀 구조물의 사시도이지만, 상기 저장층은 변형된 모래시계 형상이다.
제3도는 제1도 및 제2도와 같은 기저귀 용도에 유용한 흡수 코어의 정면도이고, 상기 코어는 변형된 모래시계 형상의 수용/분산층을 갖는다.

Claims (6)

  1. (a)분비물 투과성 상부 시트; (b)상기 상부시트에 부착된 분비물 불투과성 배면 시트; 및 (c) (i)평균건조 밀도 약 0.30g/cc미만, 바람직하게는 0.02g/cc 내지 0.20g/cc 및 평균 건조 기본 중량 0.001 내지 0.10g/㎠, 바람직하게는 0.01g/㎠ 내지 0.08g/㎠를 갖고 있으며, 건조 중량을 기준으로 화학적으로 강화된 셀롤로즈 섬유 50중량% 내지 90중량% 및 건조중량을 기준으로 열가소성 결합물질 10중량% 내지 50중량% 바람직하게는 15중량% 내지 50중량%를 포함하며; 강화 섬유, 및 무수 웹의 중량을 기준으로 열가소성 섬유상 물질 10중량% 내지 50중량%, 바람직하게는 15중량% 내지 50중량%의 블렌드의 웹을 제조하고, 이 웹을 가열하여 열가소성 섬유상 물질을 용융시킴으로써 상기 열가소성 결합물질을 제공하고, 웹을 냉각시키고, 이로인해 용융 및 후속적인 냉각처리시 열가소성 결합물질을 상기 강화 셀룰로즈 섬유의 교차점으로 이동시키고 상기 교차점에서 결합부위를 형성시킴으로써 제조되는 열적으로 결합된 분비물 수용/분산층; 및 (ii) 상기 상부시트와 관련된 상기 수용/분산층 밑에 위치되어 있으며, 상기 저장층의 중량을 기준으로 초강력 흡수성 물질 15중량%이상, 바람직하게는 25중량% 이상 및 상기 초강력 흡수성 물질용 캐리어 수단 0중량% 내지 85중량%를 포함한 분비물 저장층을 갖는, 상기 상부 시트와 상기 배면 시트사이에 배열된 흡수 코어를 포함하며, 상기 수용/분산층이 상기 분비물 저장층 상부표면적의 15%이상, 바람직하게는 25% 내지 100%인 상부 표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 분비물을 수용, 분산 및 저장하기 위한 흡수제품.
  2. (i) 평균 건조 밀도 약 0.30g/cc미만, 바람직하게는 0.02g/cc% 내지 0.20g/cc 및 평균 건조 기본 중량 0.001 내지 0.10g/㎠, 바람직하게는 0.01g/㎠ 내지 0.08g/㎠를 갖고 있으며, 건조 중량을 기준으로 화학적으로 강화된 셀룰로즈 섬유 50중량% 내지 90중량% 및 건조중량을 기준으로 열가소성 결합물질 10중량% 내지 50중량%, 바람직하게는 25중량% 내지 50중량%를 포함하며; 강화 섬유, 및 무수웹의 중량을 기준으로 열가소성 섬유상 물질 10중량% 내지 50중량%, 바람직하게는 25중량% 내지 50중량%의 블렌드의 웹을 제조하고, 이 웹을 가열하여 열가소성 섬유상 물질을 용융시킴으로써 상기 열가소성 결합물질을 제공하고, 웹을 냉각시키고, 이로인해 용융 및 후속적인 냉각처리시 열가소성 결합물질을 상기 강화 셀룰로즈 섬유의 교차점으로 이동시키고 상기 교차점에서 결합부위를 형성시키고 여기서 상기 강화 셀룰로즈 섬유를 상기 열가소성 물질에 의해 함께 결합시킴으로써 제조되는 열적으로 결합된 분비물 수용/분산층; 및 (ii)상기 수용/분산층 밑에 위치되어 있으며, 분비물 저장층의 중량을 기준으로 초강력 흡수성 물질 15중량%이상, 바람직하게는 25중량%이상 및 상기 초강력 흡수성 물질용 캐리어 수단 0중량% 내지 85중량%를 포함한 분비물 저장층을 갖고 있으며, 상기 수용/분산층이 상기 분비물 저장층 상부표면적의 15%이상, 바람직하게는 25% 내지 100%인 상부 표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 분비물을 수용, 분산 및 저장하기 위한 흡수 구조물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분비물 수용/분산층이 초강력 흡수성 물질 6.0중량% 이하를 포함하는 흡수제품 또는 흡수 구조물.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수용/분산층이 상기 저장층 상부 표면적의 90%미만인 상부 표면적을 가지며, 초강력 흡수성 물질을 거의 함유하지 않는 흡수제품 또는 흡수 구조물.
