Claims (5)
- 우유에서 분리된 유장을 통해 치즈를 생성하기 위해 미리 처리된 우유를 농축시키고 농축우유를 응고시키는데 필요한 첨가제를 연속으로 농축우유에 첨가 및 혼합하는 치즈를 생성하고 분배하기 위해 이를 준비하는 방법에 있어서, 우유를 최종치즈의 DM 내용물에 해당하는 Dm 내용물에 농축시키는 농축 우유의 혼합물과 첨가제를 채우고 분배포장지에 직접 이를 포장하고 이를 통해 우유의 응고와 치즈의 형성을 포장지에서 근본적으로 모두 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치즈의 생성 및 분배를 준비하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 우유가 40∼70%의 DM 내용물에 농축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치즈 생성 및 분배를 준비하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 울트라-필터링 장치(6)를 사용하여 필터링을 통해 우유를 농축하고 울트라-필터장치의 필터(6')는 우유속에서 발생하는 모든 단백질, 지방, 다른 바람직한 조성물이 전제 치즈에 함유된 물질로 얻어진 농축우유에 보유되게 하는 주입구멍을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 치즈 생성 및 분배를 준비하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 농축우유는 밀크를 응고시키는데 필요한 상기 첨가제와 함께 농축우유에 첨가된 치즈생성하는 다른 선태적 첨가제에 첨가 및 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치즈 생성 및 분배를 준비하는 방법
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 리네트는 우유 응고용 첨가제로 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치즈생성 및 분배를 준비하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
