Claims (2)

  1. 실린더블록내에 배치되고, 냉각제가 통과하는 환형챔버에 의해 포위되고, 환형챔버로부터 유입되는 냉각제가 통과하는 실린더헤드에 연장되는 최소한 하나의 실린더인서트를 구비하고, 실린더헤드를 통과한 냉각제는 냉각기를 경유하여 환형챔버로 귀환하도록 이루어진 디젤형 왕복피스톤식 내연기관의 실린더냉각장치에 있어서, 냉각기로부터 환형챔버로 연장되는 라인으로부터 실린더헤드로 유도되는 라인을 분기하고, 엔진의 부하에 따라 환형챔버로 유도되는 라인과 실린더헤드로 유도되는 라인에 냉각기로부터 유입되는 냉각제의 양을 분배하기 위하여 제어장치를 설치하고, 실린더헤드와 냉각기 사이의 냉각제라인으로부터 분기된 바이패스라인은 실린더헤드로 유도되는 라인의 분기부의 하류의 환형챔버로 유도되는 라인에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤형 왕복피스톤식 내연기관의 냉각장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더인서트는 그 중간부에서 슬리브에 의해 포위되고, 슬리브의 길이는 인서트의 길이의 대략 절반이고, 슬리브와 인서트사이에 환형중간공간이 형성되고, 환형중간공간은 슬리브의 상단부 근방에서 스로틀을 통하여 환형챔버와 연통하고, 엔진의 작동중에 정체된 냉각제로 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤형 왕복피스톤식 내연기관의 냉각장치.
