Abstract

본 발명은 실린더 내로 공기를 흡입, 압축시키고, 이에 따른 공기의 압축열이 최대로 높아졌을때 연료를 실린더 내로 분사시킴으로써 연료가 공기의 압축열에 의해 자기착화(self-ignifion)되어 연소하도록 된 디이젤 엔진용 연료예열기에 관한 것으로서, 연료의 분사전에 디이젤 엔진용 연료를 가열하여 경유의 점도를 낮추고 미립화를 촉진시켜 연료의 연소 효율을 높이고 나아가 연료를 절감하고 매연을 감소시킬 수 있도록 한 디이젤 엔진용 연료 예열기에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 디이젤엔진용 연료예열기의 부분단면도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 디이젤엔진용 연료예열기의 측단면도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 디이젤엔진용 연료예열기의 사용상태도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 일측에 냉각수호스(10)에 의해 라디에이터(C)의 냉각수 유출구(15)와 연통되는 냉각수 유입구(3)가 형성되고 다른쪽 선단에는 냉각수호스(10)에 의해 엔진(B)의 실린더블록측의 냉각수유입구(12)와 연통되는 냉각수 유출구(4)가 형성된 예열기케이스(1)와, 이 예열기케이스(1)의 내부에 나선형으로 설치되고 그 양쪽 각 선단이 예열기 케이스(1)의 외부로 노출되어 연료유출구(6)와 연료유입구(5)를 이루는 연료예열관(2)으로 구성되고 이 연료예열관(2)의 연료유출구(6)와 연료유입구(5)는 연료호스(11)와 연결하도록 된 디이젤 엔진용 연료예열기.
