Claims (13)

  1. 금속재료로부터 만들어지는 필터 또는 변환체유닛(1)에 공급덕트(6)를 가지고 캐비티로 침투되는 상기 유닛을 형성하며, 그곳을 통해 배기가스가 이송되며, 압축주조된 와이어 또는 얽어만들거나 땋거나 또는 편직하거나 또는 분상ㆍ입상ㆍ칩등의 형태로 만들어지는 섬유화이버로 부터 만들어지고 또한 필터 또는 변환체(1)유닛에 의해 정화되는 배기가스를 배출하기 위한 배출덕트(7)를 가지는 내연기관의 배기가스로부터 유해성분을 제거하기 위한 배기 가스필터 또는 촉매변환체(catalytic converter)또는 촉매변환체에 있어서, 상기 필터 또는 촉매변환체 유닛(1)은 또한 배기가스를 정화하기 위한 열교환기 유닛으로 축조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스필터(exhaust gas filter)또는 촉매변환체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터 또는 변환체유닛(1)은 배기가스가 그속을 통해 흐르고 또한 배기가스가 실제 필터 또는 변화체유닛(1)속으로 들어가기전에 그속으로 유도되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스필터 또는 촉매변환체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필터 또는 변환체유닛(1)에는 직통라인(13)이 유도되고, 상기 열교환기 파이프 또는 덕트(8)에는 브랜치덕트(9)가 유도되는 곳으로부터 제어유닛(11)이 공급덕트(6)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스필터 또는 촉매변환체.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기 파이프 또는 덕트(8)는 필터 또는 변환체유닛(1)을 통과한 후에 공급덕트(6) 속으로 개방되거나 또는 직통라인(13)속으로 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스필터 또는 촉매변환체.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기 파이프 또는 덕트(8)는 각각 또는 결합에 의하여 작동가능하게 한 차단밸브(14)를 구비하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스필터 또는 촉매변환체.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기 파이프 또는 덕트(8)는 배기가스의 흐름방향에 대하여 직각방향으로 필터 또는 변환체유닛(1)을 통과하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스필터 또는 촉매변환체.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기 파이프 또는 덕트(8)는 배기가스의 흐름방향에 반대되는 방향에서 필터 또는 변환체유닛(1)을 통해 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스필터 또는 촉매변환체.
  8. 제2항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 열교환기 파이프 또는 덕트는 서로 인접되어 배치되고 필터 또는 변환체유닛(1)을 통해 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스필터 또는 촉매변환체.
  9. 제2항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기 파이프 또는 덕트는 필터 또는 변환체(1)에서 직접 형성되므로써 배기가스에 손상당하지 않도록 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스필터 또는 촉매변환체.
  10. 제2항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기 파이프 또는 덕트는 각각의 파이프 또는 덕트로서, 그러나 그로부터 견고히 연결되도록 하여 필터 또는 변환체유닛(1)을 통해 유도되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스필터 또는 촉매변환체.
  11. 제2항 내지 제10항에 있어서, 상기 필터 또는 변환체유닛(1)을 통해 뻗는 상기 열교환기 파이프 또는 덕트(8)로부터 유도되는 라인에는 하나 또는 여러 다수의 축열기(12)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스필터 또는 촉매변환체.
  12. 제3항 및 제11항에 있어서, 상기 하나이상의 축열기(12)는 브랜치덕트(9)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스필터 또는 촉매변환체.
  13. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제어유닛(11)의 전방공급덕트(6)에는 열센서(15)가 배치되고 이 제어유닛(11)의 위치는 온도에 의해 조정가능하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스필터 또는 촉매변환체.
