Claims (12)

  1. 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 이소시아네이트 반응성 조성물과 반응시키는 것으로 구성된 다공성 중합체 제품의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트반응성 조성물이 최소한 하나의 이소시아네이트 반응성 치환제를 갖는 이소시아네이트 반응성 환식 우레아인 취입 촉진제를 포함하며 상기 환식 우레아가 다음 구조식을 갖는 것을 특징되는 방법
    식중 각각의 R1은 C1-6저급 알킬기 또는 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹으로치환된 저급 알킬기, 각각의 R은 H, C1-6의 저급 알킬기 또는 -(CH2)m-X, X는 이소시아네이트반응성 그룹으로서 OH 또는 NH2, m은 0,1또는 2, n은 1또는 2, 단, 최소한 하나의 R1또는 R은 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹이거나 이러한 그룹을 포함함..
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수소를 함유하는 이소시아네이트반응성 조성물이 폴리올, 아미노-, 이미노- 또는 엔아미노-화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물을 더 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트반응성 조성물이 H2O를 더 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 클로로플루오로카본류, 피플루오로카본류, 하이드로플루오로카본류, 하이드로클로로플루오로카본류, 불소함유 에테르류, 불소함유 아민류, 탄화수소 및 디알킬 에테르류로 부터 선택된 휘발성의 불활성 취입제 존재하에서 환식 우레아와 반응시키는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 경질 발포물을 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 유연한 발포물을 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 일체의 스킨 발포물 또는 미소다공정 엘라스토머를 제조하는 방법.
  8. a)폴리올류, 아민-이미노-또는 엔아미노 화합물들로부터 선택된 최소한 하나의 이소시아네이트반응성 화합물;및 b)최소한 하나의 이소시아네이트 반응성 치환제를 갖는 다음 구조식의 환식 우레아를 포함하는 이소시아네이트와 반응성인 조성물.
    식중 각각의 R1은 C1-6의 저급 알킬기 또는 이소시아네이트반응성 그룹으로 치환된 저급 알킬기, 각각의 R은 H, C1-5의 저급 알킬기 또는 -(CH2)m-X, X는 이소시아네이트반응성 그룹으로서 OH 또는NH2, m은 0,1또는 2, n은 1또는 2, 단, 최소한 하나의 R1또는 R은 이소시아네이트반응성 그룹이거나 이러한 그룹을 포함함.
  9. (a)분자량이 1000-10000이고 기능도가 2-4이며 폴리올류, 폴리아민류, 이미노-또는 엔아미노 화합물로부터 선택된 최소한 하나의 이소시아네이트반응성 화합물, 및 임의로(b) 분자량이 1000이하이고 기능도가 2-8 이며 폴리올류, 폴리아민류 하이드록시 아미노 화합물, 이미노-또는 엔아미노 화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 최소한 하나의 이소시아네이트 반응성 화합물을 포함하는 이소시아네이트와 반응성인 조성물.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 0.5-60중량%의 환식 우레아 유도체를 포함하는 이소시아네이트와 반응성인 조성물.
  11. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, H2O를 더 포함하는이소시아네이트와 반응성인 조성물.
  12. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로카본류, 하이드로플루오로카본류, 또는 탄화수소중에서 선택된 휘발성의 불활성 취입제를 더 포함하는 이소시아네이트와 반응성인 조성물.
