Claims (3)
- 교류를 직류로 정류(整流)하는 정류소자로 이루어진 콘버터부와, 상기 직류를 평활하는 콘덴서와, 상기 평활해진 직류를 다이오드와 병렬 접속된 스위칭소자의 온,오프 동작에 의해 소정의 주파수, 전압으로 변환하는 인버터부와, 상기 스위칭소자의 온, 오프를 제어하는 PWM신호 발생기로 이루어진 인버터장치에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 소자에 흐르는 전류를 검출하는 전류 검출부와, 상기 전류 거출부의 출력이 소저의 값 이상이 되었을 때에 과전류신호를 출력하는 과전류판정수단과, 상기 PWM신호발생기가 송출하는 전압 벡터신호가 0벡터신호일때 0벡터신호를 출력하는 0벡터판정수단과, 상기 과전류신호와 상기 0벡터신호에 의해 지락(地絡)으로 판단하는 지락검출부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치의 지락검출기.
- 교류를 직류로 정류하는 정류소자로 이루어진 콘버터부와, 상기 직류를 평화러하는 콘덴서와, 상기 평활해진 직류를 다이오드와 병렬접속된 스위칭소자의 온,오프동작에 의해 소정의 주파수, 전압으로 변환하는 인버터부와, 상기 스위칭소자의 온,오프를 제어하는 PWM신호발생기로 이루어진 인버터장치에 있어서, 1)상기 스위칭소자에 흐르는 전류를 검출하는 스텝과 2)상기 검출한 전류를 과전류로 판단하여, 과전류신호를 발생하는 스텝과, 3)상기 PWM신호발생기가 송출하는 전압벡터신호가 0벡터일때 0벡터신호를 발생하는 스텝과, 4)상기 과전류신호와 상기 0벡터신호에 의해 지락신호를 발생하는 스텝으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 지락검출방법.
- 교류를 직류로 정류하는 전류소자로 이루어진 콘버터부와, 상기 직류를 평활하는 콘덴서와, 상기 평활해진 직류를 다이오드와 병열 접속된 스위칭소자의 온,오프 동작에 의해 소정의 주파수, 전압으로 변환하는 인버터부와, 상기 스위칭소자의 온,오프를 제어하는 PWM신호발생기로 이루어진 인버터장치에 있어서, 상기 마이너스측의 스위칭소자의 센스에미터에 전류를 검출하는 검출부를 배설하고, 이 신호를 각가비교기로 받아서 과전류판별신호와 비교하여, 상기 과전류판별신호 보다 클 경우에 출력을 보내고, 상기 출력을 하나의 포토커플러를 통해서 AND회로에 입력되는 과전류신호와 상기 PWM신호발생기가 송출하는 전압 벡터신호가 O벡터신호일때 O벡터 신호를 출력하는 O벡터판정수단으로 부터의 상기 O벡터신호에 의해 지락으로 판단하는 지락검출부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치의 지락검출기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
