Description
この発明においては、前記電流検出回路により前記第1の回生期間で検出した電流値が、所定の電流値以上であるときに、前記インバータ回路とモータとの接続ラインが地絡事故を起こしたと判定する。
なお、本実施形態では、操舵トルクと車速に基づいてモータ駆動電圧をモータ104に印加するようにしているが、操舵トルクは車速に相関するために、簡易的に、操舵トルクだけに基づいてモータ駆動電圧を形成するようにしても良い。
イッチング素子Q1〜Q6へそれぞれ供給する。
図3では、スイッチング素子Q1〜Q4のオン/オフ状態を実線と破線で表している。実線で描かれているスイッチング素子Q1、Q4はオン状態にあり、破線で描かれているスイッチング素子Q2、Q3はオフ状態にある。後述の図4、図5においても同様である。このパターンAは、1つの相(U相)における上アームのスイッチング素子(Q1)がオン、下アームのスイッチング素子(Q2)がオフであり、他の相(V相)における上アームのスイッチング素子(Q3)がオフ、下アームのスイッチング素子(Q4)がオンとなるパターンである。なお、図3では簡単のためにW相を省略してあるが、U相とW相、およびV相とW相についても、U相とV相と同様の関係が成立する。後述する他のパターンについても同様である。図3では、U相上のスイッチング素子Q1がオンで、V相下のスイッチング素子Q4がオンとなるので、電源Eの直流電圧に基づき、太矢印で示すように、バッテリE→スイッチング素子Q1→モータ4のU相巻線4u→V相巻線4v→スイッチング素子Q4→相電流検出抵抗Rvの経路で相電流Iが流れる。
このパターンBは、1つの相(U相)における上アームのスイッチング素子(Q1)がオフ、下アームのスイッチング素子(Q2)がオンであり、他の相(V相)においても上アームのスイッチング素子(Q3)がオフ、下アームのスイッチング素子(Q4)がオンとなるパターンである。図4では、U相下のスイッチング素子Q2がオンで、V相下のスイッチング素子Q4がオンとなるので、モータ4の巻線4u、4vに蓄えられた電気エネルギーに基づき、太矢印で示すように、U相巻線4u→V相巻線4v→スイッチング素子Q4→相電流検出抵抗Rv→相電流検出抵抗Ru→スイッチング素子Q2→U相巻線4uの経路で相電流Iが流れる。この相電流Iは、巻線4u、4vに蓄えられた電気エネルギーに基づく回生電流(誘導電流)である。
Claims (2)
- 上側スイッチング素子群と下側スイッチング素子群とをブリッジ接続し、出力側をモータの各相に接続したインバータ回路と、
前記インバータ回路の各下側スイッチング素子と接地間に接続された電流検出用抵抗と、
電源から前記インバータ回路の上側スイッチング素子とモータと下側スイッチング素子とに電流を流すことによりモータに対する力行を行う第1の力行期間と、下側スイッチング素子群と電流検出用抵抗とモータとで閉回路を構成し、この回路に回生電流を流す第1の回生期間と、電源から前記インバータ回路の上側スイッチング素子とモータと下側スイッチング素子とに電流を流すことによりモータに対する力行を行う第2の力行期間と、上側スイッチング素子群とモータとで閉回路を構成し、この回路に回生電流を流す第2の回生期間と、を繰り返し、各期間をスイッチング制御するスイッチング制御回路と、
前記スイッチング制御時に前記電流検出用抵抗を流れる電流値を検出する電流検出回路と、を備えるモータ駆動回路の地絡検出装置において、
前記電流検出回路により前記第1の回生期間で検出した電流値が、所定の電流値以上であるときに、前記インバータ回路とモータとの接続ラインが地絡事故を起こしたと判定することを特徴とするモータ駆動回路の地絡検出装置。 - 前記スイッチング制御回路は、前記電流検出回路により正常動作時のときの前記第1の力行期間、前記第1の回生期間、又は前記第2の力行期間で検出した電流値に基づいて、前記スイッチング制御を行う、請求項1記載のモータ駆動回路の地絡検出装置。
