Claims (2)
- 두매의 기판과, 이들 각 면에 X-Y 매트릭스 상으로 배열 형성되는 다수의 금속성 후막 양극과 음극, 각화소간의 크로스 토오크를 방지하는 격벽을 갖춘 플라즈마 표시소자에 있어서, 상기 전면판에 적정간격으로 배열되는 어느 격벽중 홀수번째 또는 짝수번째의 격벽의 저부 양측 부위에, 이 격벽을 사이에 둔 채 상호 마주보는 양 양극의 일측 가장자리 부위가 일부 매몰되도록 하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 표시 소자.
- 두매의 기판과, 이들 각 면에 X-Y 매트릭스 상으로 배열 형성되는 다수의 금속성 후막 양극과 음극, 각 화소간의크로스 토오크를 방지하는 격벽을 갖춘 플라즈마 표시소자의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 전면판에 상기 양극들중 짝수번째 또는 홀수번째의 제1양극군을 정상간격의 2배간격으로 형성하는 단계와, 상기 전면판에 상기 격벽의 기초층을 정상간격으로 한겹이상 형성하되, 그 짝수번째 또는 홀수번째의 기초층의 하부에 상기 제1양극군의 각 양극군의 일측가장자리가 매몰되게 하는 단계와 상기 양극들 중 홀수번째 또는 짝수번째의 제2양극군을 상기 제1양극군의 사이 사이에 형성하되, 제2양극군의 각 양극의 일축 가장자리 부위가 상기 제1양극군의 각 양극이 매몰된 상기각 기초층의 상부에 적정폭 중첩되게 위치되도록 하는 단계와, 상기 격벽의 기초층의 상부에 다겹의 격벽의 상부층을 중첩형성하여 천제 격벽을 완성하는 단계를 포함하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 프라즈마 표시 소자.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
