Claims (6)
- 의학 또는 수의학 분야에서 내부 기생충을 구제하기 위한 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물의 용도.상기식에서, R1은 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, 아미노, 알킬아미노, 아미노아실, 알킬, 아르알킬, 할로게노알킬, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 할로게노알콕시, 알킬티오, 아릴티오, 알킬술피닐, 아릴술피닐, 아릴술포닐, 할로게노알킬티오, 할로게노알킬술피닐, 할로게노알킬술포닐 또는 카르보닐 아릴에 의해 임의 치환된 C1-C8-알킬, 아르알킬, 아릴 또는 헤테로 아릴 기를 나타내고, X는 0또는를 나타내고, R2는 C1-5-알킬, 아르알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐을 나타내고, R3는 H 또는 알킬을 나타내거나, R1과 R3가 인접한 N원자와 함께는, 추가의 헤테로원자로서 0 또는 N을 함유할 수 있고, C1-4-알킬에 의해 임의 치환되는 5 또는 6-원헤테로사이클을 나타내고, R4는 수소, 할로겐, 또는 임의 치환된 알킬, 할로게노알킬, 시아노, 니트로, 아미노, 아미노아실, 페닐, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 티오알킬 또는 아릴티오를 나타낸다.
- 하기 일반식(I)의 치환된 2-머캅토니코틴산 유도체.상기식에서, R1은 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, 아미노, 알킬, 아미노, 아미노알킬, 알킬, 아르알킬, 할로게노알킬, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 할로게노알콕시, 알킬티오, 아릴티오, 알킬술피닐, 아릴술피닐, 아릴술포닐, 할로게노알킬티오, 할로게노알킬술피닐, 할로게노알킬술포닐 또는 카르보닐 아릴에 의해 임의 치환된 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴기를 나타내고 X는 0또는를 나타내고, R2는 C2-5-알킬, 아르알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐을 나타내고, R3는 H또는 알킬을 나타내거나, R1과 R3가 인접한 N원자와 함께는, 추가의 헤테로원자로서 0 또는 N을 함유할수 있고, C1-4-알킬에 의해 임의 치환되는 5 또는 6-원 헤테로사이클을 나타내고, R4는 수소, 할로겐, 또는 임의 치환된 알킬, 할로게노알킬, 니트로, 아미노, 아미노아실, 시아노, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 티오알킬, 아릴티오 또는 페닐을 나타낸다.
- a)하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나, b)하기 일반식(Ia)의 화합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나, c)하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 염기의 존재하에서 하기 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, X, R1, R2및 R4는 제2항에서 정의된 의미를 가지며, 단, 일반식(Ⅵ)에서 R2는 수소를 나타내지는 않고, Y는 할로겐을 나타내며, A는 할로겐을 나타낸다.
- 적어도 하나의 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 치환된-머캅토 니코틴산 유도체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 내부 기생충 사멸제.
- 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 치환된 2-머캅토니코틴산 유도체를 중량제 및/또는 계면활성제와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 내부 기생충 사멸제를 제조하는 방법.
- 내부 기생충 사멸제의 제조를 위한 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 치환된 2-머캅토니코틴산 유니체의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
