Description

후레쉬가 내장된 콤팩트

본 고안은 조명각도를 임의대로 조정할 수 있게한 후레쉬가 내장된 콤팩트에 관한 것이다.
종래에도 이러한 후레쉬 내장 콤팩트가 다수 있었으나 대부분 반광 전구가 몸체에 고정되어 있어 콤팩트사용자의 자세를 콤팩트의 조명 각도에 맞추어야 하므로써 사용자의 불편이 따랐다.
또한 전구의 개폐 작동을 별도의 스위치를 사용하므로 사용자가 번거러우며 특히 어두운 장소에서는 불편하였다.
본 고안은 상기 결점을 지양하고 조사 각도를 자유롭게 조절하여 사용자의 자세를 자유롭게하며 조명 사용을 위해 조명체를 당기면 자동적으로 전원이 ON되게 하므로써 사용자의 편의를 도모하게한 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
뚜껑 내면에 거울(1)이 부착된 공지의 화장용 콤팩트(2)에 있어 콤팩트 몸체 전면부에 요설부(3)를 두어 핀공(4') (5')을 뚫은 양벽면(4') (5')을 형성하고 일측 벽면(4)에는 접점보턴(6)과 접점단자(7)를 설치하며 요설부(3) 내에는, 내부에 발광램프(8)가 내장되고 상면에는 투명판(9)이 설치되며 양측면에는 축설핀(10) (10')이 돌설되고 일측벽에는 접점단자(11)가 있는 조명체(12)를 삽착유설하여서된 것으로 이 설명부호 13은 건전지, 14는 도선을 나타낸다.
접점보턴(6)의 내부구조는 일반접점 스위치와 같은 것으로 눌려진 상태에서는 OFF 되어 있다가 돌출되면 전원이 연결되는 것이며 본 고안에서는 이의 상세한 부호 설명은 생략한다.
이상과 같이 구성된 본 고안은 조명체(12)가 요설부(3)내에 통상적으로 안착되어 있으면 조명체(12)의 측벽이 접점보턴(6)을 눌러주고 있으므로 램프(8)가 켜지지 않으며 이를 사용하고자 조명체를 앞으로 당기면 축설핀(10) (10')을 중심으로 회전하여 조명체의 측벽이 접점보턴을 이탈하게 되므로 램프가 켜지게된다.
조명체(12)와 건전지(13)와의 연결은 요설부(3)의 벽면에 있는 접점단자(7)와 조명체(12)의 측면에 있는 접점단자(11)가 원호상으로 형성되어 있어 항상 접점상태로 있게 되므로 조명체(12)의 어느 각도에서도 접점된다.
이와같이 조명체를 밀어 원위치로 두면 접점보턴(6)이 눌러지게 되어 전원이 OFF되고 조명체를 사용하기위해 당기면 램프가 켜지므로 별도의 스위치가 필요없으며 램프의 조사 방향이 자유자재이기 때문에 콤팩트 사용시 자세에 신경을 쓰지 않아도 알맞는 조명을 받을 수 있으며 램프의 상면에 투명판에 있어 램프의 조사각도가 넓어지며 램프가 콤팩트 외부로 노출되므로 필요한 경우 후레쉬로도 사용할수 있는 등 유용하다.

  1. 뚜껑 내면에 거울(1)이 부착된 공지의 화장용 콤팩트(2)에 있어 콤팩트 몸체 전면부에 요설부(3)를 두어 핀공(4') (5')을 뚫어 양벽면(4) (5)을 형성하고 일측 벽면(4)에는 접점보턴(6)과 접점단자(7)를 설치하며 요설부(3) 내에는, 내부에 반광램프(8)가 내장되고 상면에는 투명판(9)이 설치되며 양측면에는 축설핀(10) (10')이 돌설되고 일측벽에는 접점단자(11)가 있는 조명체(12)를 삽착유설하여서된 후레쉬가 내장된 콤팩트.
